My budtender Matt was very helpful unlike many at other places on the strains i like, and always finding the best deal for me good guy will be back.

Horrible customer service. My budtender Derrell Johnson was a nightmare.

First time here and I love it! Matt and Amanda did a fantastic job with helping me fond the right products for me! I really enjoyed how personable matt was and he definitely made this location my new spot!

I waited an hour and a half just to be place in the waiting list. Then when I finally get call I wait another 20 minutes in the actual waiting room. The product was OK for “top shelf” products but when I was very displeased to hear they did not have the deal anymore after I waited so long for. Staff was very friendly but being organized and on top of things us their down fall. Will not be coming back again. Definitely a waste of my time and money.

Well I love coming to this location everybody here is such a sweetheart. I absolutely love Dre Allison is great as always there was one more I can't quite remember his name it's at the tip of my tongue grrr. But long story short this place is awesome has great product and great people what more could you ask for.

Love the new place!! Its very clean and friendly staff. Amanda was very helpful and even gave me a tour around the store.. I purchased a quarter of 818 OG for $25 and I must say it is amazing! Great deals and nice staff! 👌

Been shopping here since like 2018, I love it, they always have crazy deals. Lately though the new employees have been really going down hill. I’m in here right now and they’re playing horrible drill music , everyone is swearing, and the security is on his phone watching videos behind the desk. You can’t even go in there anymore and not expect to spend at least half an hour with nobody else waiting. I’m just disappointed, I guess. I’ll continue shopping here but the store has lost my respect, my generosity, and my support.

Love love love this place, but they just raised their 1/8ths to $25 from $20. With a 25% increase for the same product, for me they have priced themselves out of the market.

Ordered online. Arrived when text said order was ready. Was told the online window is closed due to short staffed. That's fine. But I was put at the back of the line, behind REC folks, and everyone else. Went up to ask why. She had forgotten me entirely. Didn't say sorry or anything. Just blamed it on being short staffed. But the staff didn't forget. She did. No discount for waiting 30 minutes, no apology. Alot of the staff here seem like they have high egos and that they work at a place that's made of gold. Online seems pointless here. Products are pretty good. Service is going downhill really fast unfortunately. Get some nice people. And use the online the way it should be. I pay alot of money for my MED card. I expect to bypass the 15 REC people in the lobby when I order online.

This place has great fast service. I wish the express window was more private. Anyone can hear sitting in lobby what your buying which I don't like. I also wish on their website, and Leafly as well, they listed flower by tiers. I would like to see Private Veserve,Top shelf, and premium labeled as such when online ordering, so I know which one I would get.

The past 3 months this has been my 'go-to' dispensary. They have great deals every single day. It's always very fast. Highly recommend to everyone

My order was canceled with no explanation given. None of the notification texts came through, I was told my order was canceled once I got up to the counter AFTER I updated my medical card. Which I was informed to do by the intake rep from building 1. I went to building 2 and the receptionist updated my information and apologized for the wait. The budtender was very nice and he was very patient while giving me the update and the follow up of asking what I'd like to order. Since no reason was given for my pick up order being canceled, I left. Thanks for letting me know the following from my most recent visit: 1. How you feel about mmj female veteran patients 2. That my money is no longer good there

My bud tender was awesome! And it takes very little time to get your meds! Everyone at the North Vally location is awesome.

FROM 1 ⭐ TO 5 ⭐ This is a revision of my original post. I had a mix up on my order and the situation was not handled properly by the on call manager at the 17th st and Deer valley location. The general manager followed up the following day with an amazing solution to the error. I understand prior make mistakes, and the budtender was giving me product advice and skipped over verifying the item. The issue aroused when the on call manager wouldn't resolve the matter as a new customer on their second visit. Thanks to the expeditious response from the GM and the GMs willingness to help, I will be returning as a customer! I selected this dispensary because I am medical patient who just had 4 vertebrae fused with 2 more to be done this month and can only get relief with MMJ. My doctor took me off flowers to prevent blood clots and speed up my recovery. If it wasn't for their restriction, I would continue to patron the dispensary that boarders my residence. The Herbal Wellness Center has great prices and a great selection on edibles, tinctures and drinks as well as flowers, carts and concentrates! The daily deal looks have been the best I've seen in a long time! It's a total win! PLUS!!!! Everyone there was nice and friendly, which is the cherry on top! It is only fair that I give a full review of my experience and not just focus on the one bad part of the experience. This is a good spot or at least has the potential to be a new favorite dispensary!

Amazing staff, they really treat you like family! Every time I go in, I am remembered, my interests are considered, and the staff provides some pretty good tailored recommendations. Last time I was in, I purchased a gram of Vapen concentrate. When I got home, to my surprise, there was nothing in the container (Vapen Step Your Shit Up)! Even though it really was not a dispensary issue, when I called, Matt told me to come back in to make things right. When I arrived, I was taken in, given my concentrate (with wax this time). The staff was extremely apologetic, right when they didn’t need to be. They could have not fought for their customer and shrugged me off. They didn’t, which is why I will continue to be a regular here. As a medical patient, I cherish dispensaries that will vouch for you. I’ve been to tons before where I’ve been a regular, and the types of product I like isn’t even remembered. THE STAFF HERE IS AMAZING!!! So be nice the next time you go in, they deserve it. 😊 💨

Was my first dispensary and still I feel the best. Staff are not confused and rude like other dispensaries. I have been to others all over the valley and still highly recommend. It us always clean, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I had an on line order and there was a couple people in front of me, they took me in the back and got me my order without me standing in line. They are nice to older and younger folks. Highly recommend. Covered parking available also!
