I'm really impressed by this small shop. The shop staff was incredibly professional and very helpful. The clients were middle-class normal people. The atmosphere was nice. I felt safe and comfortable. The prices are a little high because of supply and demand. That will change with time. The price certainly isn't the retailers fault. That being said, you get what you pay for and the product is exceptional.

I went into Herbal Nation with the intention of purchasing 3 grams of the Blue Dream (fantastic stuff, by the way, but not the focus of my review). My purchase was handled by Carly, and because of her wonderful, friendly demeanor, I decided to treat myself to a new bubbler as well. Sales follow excellent customer service, and the staff at Herbal Nation epitomize this concept. The warmth of each employee cultivates a fantastic atmosphere that I will happily recommend to others, and return to personally. Thank you HN!

Incredible selection of concentrates. I drive from Edmonds every day just because of the quality and low price.

Be wary. They had a menu item for C02 vape cartridges listed as "Sour Diesel" a pure sativa, come to find after purchase it is in fact "NYC Diesel" a hybrid. Very disappointed in the bait and switch. Perhaps an honest mistake on their part, but c'mon. Really?

I occasionally visit 3 or 4 different shops but this is my Regular GO TO place. They have Great Prices , Lots of daily specials and most importantly AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE !!! Twice in the last year I've had an issue with a product ( cartridge , tincture) and of course I'm the guy who looses his receipt before even leaving the store but they still took care of me and made things right. My HEROS !!!

Herbal is a good, clean shop. large selection of flower, wax, oil, pre-rolls. They have specials on a regular basis and try to keep the same Producers for somewhat consistent strains.

Great place to have nearby. People are friendly and helpful, and quality of herb is consistently high. prices are higher than medical, so depending on quantity needed, you have to choose. Cancer patients need lower prices.

Great service and atmosphere! In and out really quickly. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They were out of Indica except for joints but we were suggested a nice hybrid strain. Will visit again soon!

No complaints about this store. I have recieved great service there and the quality of the merchandise is superb! They have a large variety to choose from which I like. I am a repeat customer and have no plans on going anywhere else.

Had yet another foul experience at Herbal Nation. According to their menu, they have the flower Alien Rock Candy for 26.99/gram. I asked specifically for this strain (plus 2 others). Came home with 3 strains, only to discover that they'd sold me Fire Alien Kush in place of Alien Rock Candy. I called and Joe said to come back and he would give me a deep discount on Alien Rock Candy (they can't take returns, which I understand). Drive all the way back, and guess what - they DON'T HAVE IT!! Not sold out, they just have never had it. Seriously?! I have choices on where to buy cannabis, and this is the 3rd time they've pulled something sleazy on me. It'll be cold day in hell before I shop here again.

As an out-of-state tourist, I found the staff friendly, informative, and willing to spend a little time explaining how things work... I never thought I would be able to buy it legally in my lifetime. What an awesome experience!!

Great Place I Love This Place.. The people that work here are the best the customer service is the best ive seen. Ryan was very professional,courteuos,helpful,well mannered,well educated great knowledge.. The people that greet you at the door are very polite and do a great job, very proessional. The herb has always been great no complaints. I am a night owel and when they changed their hours from midnight to ten I was bummed, oh well keep up the good work. Thank you..
