Herbal Nation - Bothell

I tried this place one more time. The people were nice but there was a mistake with my order. I got out to the car and so had to go back in just to be told that they couldn't exchange it. I asked if that was the law or the stores rule but the person didn't know. I realize I should have looked at what she handed me to make sure it was correct in the store so that part is my fault. Won't be going back. Two times I've had bad experiences with this place. The first time I went the person was rude.

Everything was amazing! I can be very vague in what im craving at the moment and they were spot on and hooked me up! Better than stuff I had in Denver a few days before!! And there is a map for visitors to sign in, first from Louisville Area. Awesoum ID guy and GREAT check out / product girl, horrible with names.

It's hard to give five stars, and always tempting to adore our local first-choice store, but that's the thing: This is a straightforward operation with wisely kind, friendly, helpful people and a wonderful selection. Neither glamorous nor skeezy, it's that not quite out of the way place―right there on the main road―where, some months later, you're still very, very glad you noticed they were there.

This is a great store. I've been back several times and the selection has expanded with each visit. The staff is friendly and professional. Never been disappointed in the quality of goods and I'm very happy to see that the prices coming down - and posted online. It's all good.

Having been to a couple different recteational dispensaries I have to say that the folks here got it right. From the moment they greeted me, I was struck by the word professional. It was like walking into a friendly Barnes or Starbucks. Aside from their store presentation, their bud spoke for itself. I have to try some edibles soon but the presidential kush At%25 thc was awsome. Bomb actually. What i like is they allowed me to pick my own package, they are never out of stock and the ladies are hot. I will be back for sure.

Lots of selection, good service but pricing is way higher than places up north, it was cool to see what they had though, didn't buy much due to the prices.

The service was great and all of the staff were very friendly. Lauren was helpful and had some great advice. The bud is excellent! The store is clean and laid out well. These guys are doing it right!

Herbal Nation was the first recreational store I visited, and the staff was exceptional. They provided first hand recommendations and were honest in their opinions. Look and feel is very cozy in the store, but can get cramped very quickly when it gets busy. When it gets busy, service quickly turns from personal to automated as the staff tries to whittle away their line. Completely understandable, but disappointing. Prices, I've found, leave a lot to be desired. On my first visit the prices seemed reasonable, about $65-75 for an eighth. As I've shopped around I have found that better prices can be found not far away, for what is in my opinion superior quality weed. I stop in for the specials, but any time I'm in the market for anything more than a gram or an on-sale joint I make my purchases elsewhere. The 510 cartridge I purchased several weeks prior ended up breaking shortly after purchase, but I'm glad I kept it. I mentioned my disappointment a few weeks later to a man who I assume to be the owner, and he told me to bring it back. Once I returned with the cartridge, he verified the defect and replaced it without issue. Aside from mediocre prices, my only other complaint is the limited quantities that are available. Very few things seem to be available in greater weight than an eighth (although this seems to be slowly changing each time I visit), and some items are only available in 1-2g increments. I prefer to pick up less often so I prefer to buy a half ounce or more at a time. In all, I would recommend Herbal Nation if you're looking for a bit less selection overload or don't want to drive far for your weed. If cost is a concern, there are better options available.

There really should be a price stat. Paid 92 dollars for 1/2 g of shatter. Won't be back until prices become competitive.

Let's get one thing straight, you can't compare this place to a medical shop. I've shopped both, and the quality of medical pot is garbage. The places are run down and I don't even feel safe walking in half the time. Now that that's out of the way, HN is something else. If I'm smoking, I want quality. After all, I'm putting it in my body =) These guys have it, some of the best herb I've smoked. I've shopped around, these guys are doing it right, you don't have to convince me to try new strains, I'll happily oblige! The place is clean, workers are friendly. I feel like I'm walking into a business, not a run down, black market shop.

Nice shop. Staff were all great. Pricey at $26 a gram for 19% THC Blue Dream, but kind of expected it to be. I enjoyed buying weed like a civilized person. I even was able to pay with my debit card. That was a first

Prices are markedly higher than nearby shops. Owner and cashier are both super friendly and even offered a 10% volume discount. Even with the discount, the prices were 3x those I've paid at other retail shops in the Seattle and the Eastside. Weed itself was labelled and packed well. For the strain I picked, and the THC content listed, I would have expected more of a punch, but it's not bad. I just have had better with that strain. Next time I am asking the owner for his number because he is a ridiculously hot dude.

Very high donation prices. Everything is around $25 to $30 a gram plus taxes. Highest price recreational marijuana store in the Seattle area. Their products quality is average to low. There is a reason they do not show their donation prices if they did no one would come to their store.

Feels very. homey in there but the service is more about pushing people through than having discussions to help you find a good product.

I used to shop here quite a bit, but the prices drove me away. Other shops that are nearby are noticeably cheaper. No other complaints, though.

At the moment they only have Blue Dream, no other strains, oils or edibles...the top shelf (they also have a cheaper/lower THC batch) was $30/gram, which is $5 more than an eighth of top shelf at a dispensary...I'm glad that they're open and I hope that they do well, but I smoke WAAAAY too much chronic to pay their prices.

Despite the prices, this place is wonderful!! And I understand, for the most part they don't have a choice in the product prices, given the unfair tax pressure from the Feds. The product is superb, customer service is very friendly and helpful, and the shop is all around pleasant to be in. I do Rec Shops every now and then to support the cause, and when I do I typically go to Herbal Nation.

Long time shopper. Good recommendations, huge variety of strains and products, and the best exchange policy for cartridges I have ever found. Occasionally busy, but that just shows how many people are a fan of this place and their great prices like I am.

A pleasant first time experience. Still strange knowing it's legal and you can freely purchase. The staff was patient and very helpful. Can't compare prices to other places, heck I was just happy to find this given I live 60 miles in another direction. Next time I will review the menu prior and pick some new things to try.
