great place.
super friendly and knowledgeable staff. really like the "deli" style layout, and can't beat having your flower measured in front of you.
top notch meds, great experience, will definitely go back!

This WAS my very favorite dispensary in Mesa; especially after opening this new location; product layout/display is much better than most places I've been; MOST staff there are awesome--that being said had one bad experience with a budtender who made a financial math error on the transaction, was rude, nasty and down right mean to me because she couldn't figure out that she made the mistake; I ended up crying and shaking all the way home because she got me so upset, so now I am AFRAID and uncomfortable going back in there in case she is working. I called mgr, who apologized profusely and was very understanding; unfortunately, I'm too worried about running into her again--not sure if she was fired or not--and I'd rather not see her again. I may still use this location, but may just have to resort to online shopping and pickup; sad that I'm not comfortable browsing in the store anymore. Patients are here for a reason--which can include many, many illnesses--including anxiety, depression or other mental diseases--plus many diseases (like mine)cover a huge spectrum of symptoms including physical, psychological and mental symptoms. I don't need to be verbally abused by a budtender who made a mistake and refused to accept it---her drawer would have been off (and still was when all was said and done) and I'm sure that's a big deal in this business.

Got the rebel cookies cause the app said the thc% was like 25 but this is probably the weakest hybrid I've ever purchased from a dispensary plus the customer service was terrible, i got a free cartridge and i asked to trade it cause i don't vape, they said i couldn't so i choose 1 of 3, specifically ask if the 1 i picked was in the bag. after getting down the street i realize i have the wrong cart so i turned around to trade for the cart for the 1 i picked and was reassured i had. after getting a lecture about how i can't give the cart to someone that actually has a pen i get the correct order. never again heath for life!

I used to love this place for the most part, but the service has just become trash at this point. This is, unfortunately, the second bad review in a row. I ordered on Supurb this time (because online orders are no longer recognized and they make you stand in line anyway, while walk-ins go ahead of you) and the service is still terrible. I got a notification that my order was on the way over an hour ago, THEN a second message 30 minutes later that said it was on the way AGAIN. I called, only to find out an hour later that my order had JUST LEFT.... then why am I getting 2 messages an hour before saying it was already on the way??? How is this acceptable? Card holders/LOYAL CUSTOMERS are being side lined and treated like trash. Truly unhappy with this location at this point. Really sad, consodering how long I've been a loyal CARD CARRYING customer.

Grow Sciences decided to do this great stimulus thing to help people out, but the staff at H4L made it so unpleasant. I waited in the parking lot for 90 minutes and watched other patients come and go for the same thing in under 10. Then when I asked the security guy if he could make sure my name went in he yelled at me to go away or he’d make me leave with nothing. A few minutes later he yelled at another patient just trying to check in. I get that he could be stressed/tense, but if you can’t politely address people when they approach you, working with people is all wrong. Dude needs to chill and get off his power trip. He’s a dispensary guard, not the queen’s personal security

in this difficult time they have been extremely unprofessional I hope this virus spells the end for this location because they've definitely lost my business for good I'm certain of that. The only thing they had going was their products where cheap so oh well time for an upgrade.
They have you sign up for there rewards program but don’t stock any of the rewards.it’s a scam.by far one of the worst set up rewards programs in the valley. Used to be my go to dispensary. But lately they have been sub par

So you guys don’t answer your phones all day and also don’t fill leafly orders even if they’re put in 3 hours before you close. Great service guys. I understand things are rough right now but if you’re not going to fill the order, CANCEL IT, literally waited all day for my stuff to be confirmed, you close for the day and I’m still waiting for a confirmation. It’s just super frustrating when it’s down to only phone orders and leafly orders and you don’t answer either for the whole day. 2 days in a row with no meds cause you guys don’t answer or don’t cancel my order, so I stay waiting all day for meds and now I can’t get them cause you didn’t check the leafly or at least cancel the leafly so I know to order from a different dispensary that will actually answer their phones.

Wait time makes it almost unbearable. 30 minute waits at least. Once your in the back the selection is good. The new location needs to get wait times taken care of. Even presales make ppl wait. Lose connection on your phone too

Been taking a Patient here for 3 years now. Every now and then a Few problems. But for the last month. It has been new rule after new rule after new rule. I looked into it and Noticed The Local Celebrity they have on Staff is making a lot videos on the Phx DEA, He is chasing Police around asking them why are they kidnapping this person. Well, To be honest, It wasn't my Business. But since we keep getting told you keep getting audited maybe that is why you are having so much Un-wanted attention. We stopped coming to this location and looked elsewhere. Do the same. There is plenty of deals and better Service from other Dispensaries. This Place has gone downhill and has TO MUCH UN-WANTED ATTENTION- To Pick up your medication without having issues apparently. (Wish You the best of luck.)

just got back from the dispensary and I'm at a loss for words, I've been over paying since their little happy hour deals started by way of meaningless trivial matters, the budtenders even looked me in the face and smiled as I walked out overpaying for my products, last time I'll be there for awhile and I would suggest trying a different dispensary
They seem to be using Covid 19 as an excuse to abandon all traces of good customer service. The security guard at the door may be the most rude individual I have ever encountered in a business setting. They have lost this customer FOR LIFE.
Do not buy here, ever. They're predjudice, and discriminate. Don't have any product knowledge, service is horrible and selection is awful.
