They seem to be using Covid 19 as an excuse to abandon all traces of good customer service. The security guard at the door may be the most rude individual I have ever encountered in a business setting. They have lost this customer FOR LIFE.

Friday 'specials' were out of stock by 10am the last 2 times I visited. No rain checks, no apologies, and long lines.
