Getting super frustrated here. As a medical patient who visits your dispensary often I can honestly say I’m pretty over it! I can’t tell you how many times I’ve been in there, just like today, and walk out with herb that I did not ask for. I’m very specific about my herb and when I’m asking for a specific strain I would like to think I’m getting that. That hasn’t been the case with you guys... tonight I asked my budtender to recommend me between 2 different strains and he said “for sure the chocolate glue because the road dawg runs way too low”. So I said “okay I definitely don’t want that I will take the choco glue please”. Well guess what I walked out with... road dawg. This has not been the first time this actually happens often. Also if you guys would answer your phones we wouldn’t be having to leave reviews like this!! I love that you guys have tax included and have it split now but the fact that I’m not getting what I asked for AND PAYED FOR pretty much ruins everything else.

So you guys don’t answer your phones all day and also don’t fill leafly orders even if they’re put in 3 hours before you close. Great service guys. I understand things are rough right now but if you’re not going to fill the order, CANCEL IT, literally waited all day for my stuff to be confirmed, you close for the day and I’m still waiting for a confirmation. It’s just super frustrating when it’s down to only phone orders and leafly orders and you don’t answer either for the whole day. 2 days in a row with no meds cause you guys don’t answer or don’t cancel my order, so I stay waiting all day for meds and now I can’t get them cause you didn’t check the leafly or at least cancel the leafly so I know to order from a different dispensary that will actually answer their phones.

Placed my order over an hour before closing time, waited outside for over 20 minutes while they confirmed everything. Asked them why my order was taking longer than expected and they said they cancelled the order (never contacted me to tell me) and asked to see my phone, as soon as I pulled my phone out I got a text saying my order went through and was being prepared. The man said it doesn’t matter what the text says your order got cancelled and you’ll have to try again tomorrow. So even though they confirmed my order through leafly they made me show up to tell me they cancelled it, all while they’re still open. Left with no meds. If you guys are going to be sticking to leafly orders you guys should keep it updated so you’re not having customers show up to tell them they can’t get the meds they ordered and now they’re going without meds for the night.

Amazing flower and the people are super friendly. They get you in and out super fast and really try to get you what you’re looking for. Overall great place and environment!
