They are doing a "Bait and switch" for black Friday...texting a special on one strain and when you get there they tell you that it's a different strain that's on special.......they just lost a costumer

I had a horrible experience today at the North location, after reaching out to the East location (there obviously wasn't a manager at the North location, or this situation could have been mitigated) management couldn't be found on two seperate calls more than an hour apart. I less than shining review on the North's Leafly but after investigating I noticed they erased ALL of the positive comments I had previously left them (tens of comments). In some of the reviews below you tell us to reach out to management. How, when and who may we reach out to you? As stated above management is never available or cannot be found. Provide me with who to speak with and I'll happily do that.

85 dollar oz are trash. told me I can brong.back this brown dirt weed and when I get there change the story. only.good thing here is Sheehan. but I'll never come here again. trubliss got my business 100 percent

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but this place is horrible!! I’m a new medical marijuana patient and I tried called this location multiples with no answer until finally a girl named Christen answered the phone. Every questioned I asked seemed to annoy her or make her upset for some reason, her one worded responses and unwillingness to help me wasn’t what I was expected when calling in for help.
I’m still new to all this but I called multiple other dispensaries and wasn’t treated this way.. Treat people better if you want to earn their business
I seen a special for B1G1 on sublime edibles, so I ordered 1 Krispy, 1 choc bar, 1 pretzel, 1 cookie, when I picked up, I was told I pay for 2 choc bars and pretzel and Krispy were free, seriously?
Totally not what I was expecting, absolutely amazing that they don't honor their own specials

Today was the first time I've been able to leave my house in a while, so I get that there is stuff going on outside our control but this is absolutely ridiculous. I showed up today at 4:45pm and saw a bunch of people waiting in their cars. I looked online on the website and leafly and saw no mention of how this would all work. So asked the 2 employees outside what was going on. I was told it was an hour and half wait time and I had to give them my name and number to be put in the que. So I did that and then went and spent $15 on a car phone charger cuz I needed my phone to get the text that it was my turn. I waited in my car for 2 hours. When I finally got inside I was told that they could not sell me anything because I didn't place an order online. And that it was too late to do so now and they could not just grab me a prepackaged oz and ring it up but would not explain why they were not able to do that. It would have taken 1 minute and I was already in the lobby and it's their fault that I didn't place an order online because I was never yoked I needed to. So because they didn't tell me the proper procedure I waited in pain for 2 hours to be told I can't be helped and it's now 7pm so all other dispensaries are closed and I'm screwed. But they said they were sorry so that fixes everything right?

I made an order through leafly, had to wait in a line and then be told they didn't have my order bagged even though I received an email and text saying that my order was ready. this is my regular dispensary and I will be spending my money elsewhere from now on.
The mix BOGO is not honored as they say one thing and exclude certain sauces at the store... not happy at all

Well don't expect a discount on the 99 ounce there is no veteran senior any discount on this item I live on a disability I use for ptsd . So every penny counts so to get screwed by this company is a shame 😕. It's not posted this is a discounted item. They have had this price point forever I used to get the discount now its gone. What greed if it says 99 then it's 99 if you offer a discount honor it. You guys make billions each year really greed then the bud tender Cole I believe his name is pumped his chest out and said that's how it is this is false advertising and you could loose millions on a class action case. Do the right thing on july Americans Birthday weekend I feel dishonored as a American combat vet thx for nothing.

Very unprofessional not helpful
Did a pickup order, made a mistake on the order (accidentally put 3 oz on order) no texts or emails asking to fix basket, show up, the man is like, “Your order is 2 oz”. I do not acquire mmj every week, or even every month! But I know I have allotments up to 2.5 oz. That’s an additional 14 grams! Plus the special was spend $100 get a free joint. Nope! He was short, rude, didn’t care I am hard of hearing and struggling to understand him. Plus I really wanted edibles!!! I had plenty of grams left!!! I haven’t been to McDowell location in a long time, now I remember why!! I only chose this location because they had a specific strain that has been awesome for me. The place was EMPTY too, so he was a complete jerk, I don’t even know why I left good vibes tip.😩

This dispensary started out great! The deals were really good for MPX extracts. I am a patient that just so happens to drive an hour each way to come to this place. Well the most recent time I drove all the way over on a sunday "Patients choice" where you can pick whatever daily deal you please. I picked the 'Buy 2 get 1 free" (Excluding black label and grow science). I'm fully aware grow science is not part of the deal, however this is when i lose all respect. I then go to purchase 3 grams of MPX live resin, assuming i was going to buy 2 get 1 free. The manager informed me he cannot honor that deal because it was "cultivated" by grow science. I then tried to explain that, just because its their material, doesn't make it their extracts. If they do NOT want to honor the deal, they need to be more specific on what they include and what they exlcude for the people that wait for the specific day and drive the lengthy drive to get the deals.. I gave my advice to the manager and all he told me was he will forward that to our marketing department... So far nothing has changed and its still deceiving customers, the manager was really rude about it for someone that has spent alot of money at this place. I don't plan to support this business practice after the last visit, plenty other places i can go to now. Sorry but get it together guys, oh and the wait is atrocious. This is coming from a day 1 cardholder.

An hour round trip and could not even put in an order.
They were accepting online orders only After I Drove There because they don't answer the phone. and after trying 8 times to place my order on line went back home without.
I can't recommend this place to anyone.
I will never return.

Boy they sure have plenty of excuses why they can never give a free preroll for their reviews huh?
And then anxiously try and hurry the transaction to get you out as to not deal with your questions.

Your uncle herb $10 edibles are all gone, your dispensary prices keep going up you never show thc levels you are not very conscious of your customers needs. I used to go all the time but now never, you don’t answer emails. You just don’t care
Placed order for pickup. Did not list store hours. Made order at 730. Instructions from ready text told me to head here. When I got here, they said they no longer taking orders.
Quality of product has gone way down!! People that work here now are very rude and unhelpful. Refused to buy the swag they were trying to sell today. I will take my business somewhere else from now on.
