as a first time card holder, the staff at Health For Life were incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain everything in their dispensary as well as answered all my questions. The products have been top quality and did exactly what they said it would. Definitely recommend Health For Life to anyone!

By far my most favorite dispensary here in Az. No complaints at all from the oils to the flowers. Coming from Colorado & living with MS is hard to deal with Drs handing out medications like candy HOWEVER finding this dispensary with exceptional products and personnel
is a blessing. Will definitely be a return customer!! KICK (_!_) !!!!!!!

I've been to Health for Life quite a few times now. They always have a good variety of meds rather its indica , sativa or a hybrid. They usually have some cool specials going on. There top shelf has always been good. This is my go to dispensary now.

I stopped in to stock up for a jaw replacement surgery next week, and while they were out of one strain I wanted, the gentleman helping me recommended a replacement for it and I have to say....very nice.

Soooo, it's been about 2+ years since I visited the Health for Life location on McDowell in Mesa. Thoroughly impressed when I came in the first time. Well lit, well stocked, very efficient. That isn't the case anymore.
My wait time from standing line outside the door to walking back out with my purchase was close to one hour. No super sales or recreational sales to have a crowd, there were approximately 5 people ahead of me, not including who might have been in the back in progress with their own transaction.
When it was my turn, I asked if they were sorry staffed. The budtender response was "kinda, people call off...". I get it, shit happens. A lot of frustration can be mitigated by keeping your customers informed. Even if all you can say is "We're doing our best, thank you for shopping with us" is better than saying nothing. The woman who was checking in "walk in" customers didn't say a lot.
As for the product... meh. I haven't even smoked it yet, but I opened up the eighth of Lemon Skunk that is their own brand and it was pretty dry, small popcorn buds, and it was .25 grams short of 3.5.

I was very upset was lied to about the deal you spend 100 and get 25 off well that doesn't apply on the black label, but on the menu it doesn't say that well never again I pay 115 for 7 grams and did get 25 off or a DA Discount I will ever
Today was the last day I will ever go to hell for life I've had multiple friends have problems with their experience and I was always defending you guys saying that you were a really good dispensary and this is my third time that I've had bad experience myself and today was the last straw my edible that I had gotten was expired the first time the second time my whole ounce was so old it didn't even have a smell to it and I have a 5 week old puppy that was sound asleep in a baby blanket not making any noise not running around is still a puppy not even shedding and they told me I couldn't bring it in when it is hot outside and I didn't want to have my dog that is 5 weeks old in a car by himself when I have been to each other location that they have and they have all let me have my dog inside the dispensary so today was the last straw you have lost a good customer that goes in at more than 5 times a week

I went here to buy Sour Kush and it smells nothing like Sour Kush. It smells nothing like weed. It smells like powdered milk or something. Ended up buying Dicots and Valley OG, they were disgust and literally stagnant tasting. This stuff needs thrown in the garbage not put on the shelf. Especially not the top shelf.
Won't return, if they keep stuff like that on the shelf.
Every time I order here they always mess up my order, never the right items or the right amount of items!!
The website had one price a the agent stated they made an error and could not offer the price
I was a regular patient from the old 'hole in the wall' shop to the new shop and warehouse. Everyday low prices is the hook but the quality of flower is hit or miss, usually miss if bulk but heck its cheap. Dispensary was a deli but then became look but no touch prepacked . My last visit during Covid19 days, I waited in my idling car for an hour in triple digit heat only to watch folks that arrived after me come and go.. Finally I took charge and went in and ask "what tha heck?" I got OOPS, sorry we used a bull horn to communicate with people in their idling cars but we forgot to text you its your turn. OOPS, Even after they sent me a text my online order was ready to pick up and to come on down...
PS no compensation for the OOPS...
NEXT , after paying I got to find out that what I ordered was no longer on deal (my reason for the order) , which was not the first time this dispensary changed the deal but did not share that information till after I paid. However it was the last time, as they lost my business. Cheap flower is not worth it if one can afford better quality and better service.
Check the deals because they will not tell you hey this one is not on DEAL, or we raised the price It will be that you that finds out on the way home... Note: these days there are dispensaries everywhere, like coffee shops. Customer service is paramount! I'll spend my $$$ bengis elsewhere. nuff said.
I came into your store on Friday to pick up an online order and I was met with your rudest employee ever. It was so awkward and demeaning. The whole room was silent after our interaction. Everything was going good until I asked him if my live hash rosin waxes were refrigerated and he admitted “ no they were left out all day.” So i politely asked him if he could switch them out. This is when he let out a huge sigh like it was such a big problem for him. As he walks away he crumpled by bag!! He comes back a minute later and gives me my total, I tell him I’m paying with card and he gets upset again! He sighed again and said cash only. So they make me wait 10 minutes just to go back to check out with my card. I told them I would pay with cash instead if it was easier and they did not listen to me. They still made me wait 10 mins to go back while everyone was going in front of me. By the time I got to the back of the store to pay I was so embarrassed I was crying. This whole experience could have been avoided if you guys had nicer employees and more knowledgeable employees. I drive all the way from Tempe because you guys have good deals and quality. I spend too much with you guys to be treated like this. Please do better.

I got my new customer pre-roll and it was short like 30% just a big twist of paper. also they decided to make their own top tier called "fire" that seem to me like another way to charge more for top-shelf. I got Top-shelf GSC and they were little popcorn buds not even any colas. honestly not a place for me. Buy at your own risk

Very unprofessional and don't stick to their word, definitely lost a customer that made a 25 min drive every time to go to you guys because of this one incident today. Very dissapointed and this is not last of what I have to say!

Questionable bud-tenders. I have been a loyal customer/patient for almost a year. 2 of the last 5 visits I was shorted a gram of concentrate? 2 different bud-tenders can't count to 5? I can't understand how they can read me back my order, then shove it in a bag without letting me see what they put in the bag. Then they staple the bag so I don't look at what I paid for? when I called back to let them know what happened they act like it happens all of the time. The owner should keep an eye on sticky-fingered employees. I will not be going back. It's very uncomfortable to go back for the gram they shorted me and have them look at me like I'm a thief?
