I would like to recognize manager Colt who helped a disgruntled cstr fill an order that the same company up North refused to fill, at least some people understand cstr service.

My experience left something to be desired, I stood waiting for at least 30 mins and while 3 people were working behind the window, they were evidently too busy to help customers that were there waiting in the lobby.
I thought they would want to help customers and have 1 person work on the other orders, nope, all 3 were filling orders while 5+ people were waiting, there was even a lady that checked in after I did, went back to a bud tender and was checked out and left before I even got called up to the window. What is wrong with that picture? Evidently the mngmt or employees have no clue with customers.
YOU people must be out of your freaking mind, your price increase is outrageous! when you start losing business because people cannot afford your prices, please let me know how that works out for you.

I purchased 3 ounces of top shelf flower in the past 6wks from this place the 1st ounce was ok, then I get popcorn buds in the 2nd and 3rd, so I called to speak with a manager today 8/19/20 and was pretty much told sorry about your luck, I think it's bcuz I am a veteran and get a vet discount is the reason I am not getting top shelf, but paying for top shelf.
I seen a special for B1G1 on sublime edibles, so I ordered 1 Krispy, 1 choc bar, 1 pretzel, 1 cookie, when I picked up, I was told I pay for 2 choc bars and pretzel and Krispy were free, seriously?
Totally not what I was expecting, absolutely amazing that they don't honor their own specials
Two different times I placed an order thru Leafly and both times this dispensary didn't honor what's listed on the menu. People that work there not patient friendly at all, the most difficult experience's dealing with the staff.
