I came into your store on Friday to pick up an online order and I was met with your rudest employee ever. It was so awkward and demeaning. The whole room was silent after our interaction. Everything was going good until I asked him if my live hash rosin waxes were refrigerated and he admitted “ no they were left out all day.” So i politely asked him if he could switch them out. This is when he let out a huge sigh like it was such a big problem for him. As he walks away he crumpled by bag!! He comes back a minute later and gives me my total, I tell him I’m paying with card and he gets upset again! He sighed again and said cash only. So they make me wait 10 minutes just to go back to check out with my card. I told them I would pay with cash instead if it was easier and they did not listen to me. They still made me wait 10 mins to go back while everyone was going in front of me. By the time I got to the back of the store to pay I was so embarrassed I was crying. This whole experience could have been avoided if you guys had nicer employees and more knowledgeable employees. I drive all the way from Tempe because you guys have good deals and quality. I spend too much with you guys to be treated like this. Please do better.
