I am a VERY loyal, MEDICAL PATIENT customer who has been going to Health for life before they even had a crismon location. We do not have a dispensary in my town, so I drive over an hour, every 2 weeks, to get my MEDICATION. I use Leafly to place an order ahead of time, but very often they get new product in before I get there, so I still like to go to the back and check. I DO NOT get into the will call line, rather the medical line, and I wait my turn to go to the back like everyone else. I probably sat in the lobby for over 20 mins today, which I don’t mind, because they are always busy. But when I finally get called back, I get chastised by the budtender that I can’t just cut in line saying I have a pick up order, and come back and add stuff. Well, I didn’t. He didn’t even check, just jumped on me with attitude. And I think if I was a man, he probably would of checked to make sure that’s what I actually did before trying to tisk me. I really don’t appreciate being an actual medical patient, and being treated that way because they’re busy with a whole bunch of recreational customers that day. Nothing was supposed to change, but I KNEW that opening things up to ‘everyone’ would mean that dispensaries would forget many of us use it as medicine. Not just good times. And that’s exactly what has happened. Not the first time I’ve gotten attitude at this location too. And I drop no less than $300 every visit. It’s honestly ridiculous.
I was very satisfied with my recent visit to Health for Life Crismon. I placed an online order on the Leafly app and even tho the store was busy I was able to walk in and purchase my order quickly and conveniently. Savannah my bud tender my very nice, informative, and stream lined the process of the order I had a very positive experience and would recommend Health for Life Crismon to everyone. They do a Great job of only providing quality cannabis products and have Great daily deals.
Normally, I absolutely love this place but today the budtender I had was absolutely awful…. Again. She was terrible the last time she helped me, I was hopeful this time was better or maybe she had gotten talked to, but apparently nothing had changed even after I reached out about the attitude I received from this particular person last time . She was rude and unhelpful and seemed overall unhappy, despite her colorful makeup and clothes. If you’re having a bad day stay home! The rest of the staff is absolutely amazing. I will be asking for someone else in the future.
Don’t put on the app buy 2 and get one free if you don’t have that special anymore you guys solicit false advertisement that’s why you are losing customers and the customer service is bar people don’t buy I don’t recommend this place anymore
Was told the daily deal did not apply to the quarters I ordered because they were already on sale. Unfortunately this location is constantly creating a confusing menu and chaotic check-in process. For these reasons I will no longer be purchasing from here.
Been there twice, am new, good prices, nice building, everyone is friendly, no rush they are happy to show you things you have an interest in with a little education. 5 minutes from home. My new go to place.
