Health for Life - Crismon

I am a VERY loyal, MEDICAL PATIENT customer who has been going to Health for life before they even had a crismon location. We do not have a dispensary in my town, so I drive over an hour, every 2 weeks, to get my MEDICATION. I use Leafly to place an order ahead of time, but very often they get new product in before I get there, so I still like to go to the back and check. I DO NOT get into the will call line, rather the medical line, and I wait my turn to go to the back like everyone else. I probably sat in the lobby for over 20 mins today, which I don’t mind, because they are always busy. But when I finally get called back, I get chastised by the budtender that I can’t just cut in line saying I have a pick up order, and come back and add stuff. Well, I didn’t. He didn’t even check, just jumped on me with attitude. And I think if I was a man, he probably would of checked to make sure that’s what I actually did before trying to tisk me. I really don’t appreciate being an actual medical patient, and being treated that way because they’re busy with a whole bunch of recreational customers that day. Nothing was supposed to change, but I KNEW that opening things up to ‘everyone’ would mean that dispensaries would forget many of us use it as medicine. Not just good times. And that’s exactly what has happened. Not the first time I’ve gotten attitude at this location too. And I drop no less than $300 every visit. It’s honestly ridiculous.
