Every time I go to this dispensary the bud tenders are knowledgeable, kind, and always let you know the latest deals (they have really good ones!). 10/10 would recommend, 5 stars!

I need to reconsider my business here. I'm a regular and do medical and recreational. I try my best to tip at least a $10 bill each order. They know me well. Tonight I placed a recreational order on Leafy for 1 Oz and a MPX battery. When I arrived, I showed my driver's license. H4L welcomed me in but didn't check me in. So I sat and waited while watching all their medical and recreational patients before and after me get serviced. When I asked how much longer, I was told I wasn't in their system, and instead of a simple apology, H4L decided my business was not that valuable by proceeding to tell me how it was due to how much I frequent H4L and they thought I was using Medical, which I questioned as I only showed my driver's license and not medical. It was obvious their employee would rather argue how it's my fault, and I needed to ask their pick up service window employee twice before he'd get a manager. Manager tried her best to make it right by apologizing and compensating me a free MPX battery and a future preroll, but I didn't go in there looking for or wanting compensation.
Too bad, I really liked this place before.
I love coming to Health for Life Crismon . This is the only dispensary I will go too. Jessica is my FAVORITE employee 💖. I always look forward to my chats with her . She is always so kind and caring . Always on top of their game.
I was given the wrong eighth. I had to call once home because the bag was packed. Thr manager informed me I'd get a free eighth the next time. This free eighth was not notated in my file, so I paid for a strain that made me anxious and feel awful. I'm not a pleased customer..
