Harvest HOC - Glendale

Already has so many reviews.. but yet isn't open to public? Definitely stay away from this dispensary if you can, gouges on prices. Why would they get rid of Nirvana Center for this?

somebody tell these people this ain't scottsdale and we don't pay $300 an oz on the west side - go back to the east side or lower your prices and get better quality - bring back Nirvana!!!!!!

I get emails constantly from you guys saying patients come first, designated medical patient lines, etc. I’ve been coming to this location since you guys took it over from nirvana. I the was first in medical line 10 minutes before guys opened yesterday. By the time you opened there was at least 15 people in recreational line. The new guy with long ponytail hair opened and proceeded to let at least 7 rec customers first? He then started taking the 3 medical patients info. I asked if this is the way things are gonna be now, rec customers first, medical last? His reply- I’m just trying to get the line down, I’ll get you next bro.? I’m 50 “bro”and I get there early to avoid the freaking line! Not watch in disbelief while everyone who got there after me goes first? Patients first?-NOT REALLY

SoI finally realize why the nirvana center closed clearly harvest bought it out. Harvest seems much more overpriced. I’m very disappointed. I still will visit when they open but I hope that it’s worth losing my favorite dispensary for them.

do you look at the prices of other dispensaries. this is for medical patients and you guys are gouging people in prices.you have quarters for 89 and just a couple miles up the road you get a half ounce of premium for 80.....just a thought if you want buiness.

Bring Back Nirvana Center . They know how to treat patient and great quality.

Well, where to even start with this review? Unfortunately there's not a whole lot of good things I have to say about Harvest. The wait time was way too long for the amount of people there, I think there were three or four people ahead of me and I waited almost 45 minutes at nowhere near peak time/rush hour. The budtender was new, so I'll cut him a little slack, but he was woefully not-knowledgeable about many of the the products offered. One strain of flower I purchased was flat out atrocious. It made my throat scratchy and chest congested immediately after consumption which has never happened to me before with any medical flower in AZ, and was considerably less potent than advertised (claimed to be ~24% THC but was absolutely nowhere near that- I'm a seasoned smoker over several decades and I know exactly what 24% is supposed to feel like- this was somewhere around 15% if that). I ended up throwing the majority of it away meaning I completely wasted my money and time. The other strains, while not making me sick, were nothing to write home about. Below average at best. I'll shorten the rambling to say that the flower was awful across the board. I would advise people to stay far, far away from this shop (and probably the other locations) because there was pretty much nothing positive I have to say about the whole experience. There are stores in the Phoenix metro area that are putting out some flower that rivals the best of the west coast so you'd be silly to waste your own time and money here for vastly inferior products, service, and overall experience. Can't say I'll ever be back, and they better dramatically improve their flower or they're gonna be left behind in this hyper-competitive market.

I'm a medical patient who has been shopping at this location for years. Since it became legal recreationally they've been promising me I would be priority over recreational customers. The first week was fine, but the last couple visits, I had express orders and was forced to wait in line with everyone else. Making what used to be a quick visit, now an hour long wait for something I pre-ordered. You guys need to get it together and put medical patients first always. Bring back the medical lane and get us out of there sooner. I won't return to this dispensary until they start taking care of medical patients again. I'll use the medical only dispensaries from now on. This place is all about the money now. It's a shame you're losing good customers just to make a quick buck.

This is an overpriced store that also adds tax on top of their over priced product. Flower is awful probably the worst on the west side. Never any deals. They have some concentrates that are good from other companies but there isn’t any specials on them and all the places around the west side have deals weekly on the same product!

Honestly the worst dispensary experience Ive ever had. My budtender had no clue whatsoever what he was talking about, telling me absolute random mgs of products that I was looking at, labeled a different mg. Gave my friend incorrect dosing info on baked bros syrup, and as I came to find when a got home (50 minutes away), I asked for and he said he gave me a 1/2 gram each sativa and indica, however I have both indicas... I would be a hypocrite to say you cant smoke a little before work, however stoned beyond usefulness like this gentleman isn't ok.

Never coming here again , placed an order then got there and they tell me they sold out , I tryed calling them on Friday so something like this wouldn’t happen and there phone line wasn’t working , never have deals at this place ,. I live less then a mile away from harvest and never go here that should tell u something

They have employees write reviews in order to get the stars up. Trust the consistent bad reviews this place is horrible!

You carry NO affordable concentrates. $36/g is still too expensive when there's sales ALL the time everywhere and Organix's mid-range shatter is less than half the price. I used to frequent this store when it was still Nirvana, but Harvest has really put a sour taste in my mouth with these skimpy prices and new patient deals.

As somone who frequents Harvest locations and has worked as security at other dispensaries in the past as well as having managed retail stores (not dispensary related), I feel I have to correct some of the issues presented here by other reviewers. Opening: The store JUST opened on 2/6 and hasn't had a public opening yet. It's a soft opening where they judge typical traffic without making a big deal of it to see how and where they need to advertise. They only had two days to switch from the previous establishment, so, yeah, it's still fairly plain and rough. They are waiting on signs and other things still. Closed door: It's policy to have a locked door which either a guard opens it or the front desk buzzes people in. Ideally, it should be a smooth process when they see someone walk up. They were not locked to be closed. They were complying with company regulations. I know, not all other dispensary companies do that and have open doors. No, it's not a perfect system and some find a "locked" door on first pull. Price: Yeah, it's more expensive than some other places. Quality: It's good, but that's also subjective to what a person is used to, likes, and needs. I think it's pretty good.

Looking at a menu and seeing "Unknown Brand" is a great strategy. I can't wait to come in and try that! Would you buy my car off me if it was listed as unknown make and model? Would you order from a restaurant if the menu had a picture of "food" with a random name and nothing else? Not spending a penny at this place until you can show a good faith effort on your menu. And from the looks of the other reviews, you are probably ashamed of the lousy shit weed you are selling. If not, tell us who grows it. Your competition does.

It was empty, no customer service skills, no recommendations on strains, taxes not included in the price and there is no people friendly atmosphere. Hope the strain is worth the trip

Overpriced mids. Overpriced brand name products. When they do run deals, they are still more expensive than other dispensaries. Wouldn’t accept my Item Nine kush cash that’s supposed to be accepted everywhere Item nine is sold. This dispensary is not for the patients. They are a perfect example of greedy big canna. Even though it is the closest dispensary to me, I’d rather drive across town to get the same or better products at more reasonable prices.

The only good thing about this place is the bud tenders are nice...other than that the selection is mediocre at best. They don’t even carry venom concentrates. They have the highest prices on literally everything and no deals. Hard pass. So sad that nirvana is no longer here.

this dispensary is less than a mile away from where i live and i wont even go here because of the high prices.
