Harvest HOC - Cottonwood (Med)

Worst dispensary I ever been to. Management has no idea how to train their workers. Very appalled at the lack of training and understanding of the product. The product wasnt very good. Kids goofing off in the back like parent is home. The management and product need a huge upgrade. I will not be coming back!

Zeb was my budtender today. The Wana sour gummies he recommended are GREAT. The POM Durban poison oil is excellent too. I was disappointed that they don't allow tips anymore. I hope the employees got a raise when tips were discontinued.

Love this place best people in town for sure

I like the new location. It is less than a mile from my house. It has more/better parking. Time will tell on how easy it will be to turn left to get out.

Bud tenders are friendly and knowledge, like the hands on expierance.

I looked at the menu 2 minutes before I walked in. But 4 out of the 5 items were sold out. I check the menu after I left, those items were still on the menu. And, the “special promotion” of Wynk beverages (you get 4 when you spend $75+) was gone. Sold out two days before, but still on their screen as availabile. False advertising. Not cool. We’ll be going to Sedona for now on. Update date your menu Harvest!

This is an adequate dispensary in most ways. My big disappointment is there's no incentive for customers to preorder. Most other dispensaries, particularly down in the Valley offer a separate preorder line. Avoiding a 20 minute wait in the sun guarantees i preorder every time!!

I don’t understand how prices are higher after discounts are “applied” on another note same goes for points.

Word to the wise.... before buying flower ask where it was grown. If they say it’s harvest run for the hills even if it’s 2 dollar grams. Trust me! The great flower they do carry is from royal choice farms so make sure you ask them for it specifically. Thank me later

Although they're polite, they just seem unfriendly. Absolutely everything I have bought here so far is very inferior. I will be going to Sedona from now on. I'd recommend you skip this place. It is definitely not a fun shopping experience.

This place is a hit or miss a lot of the employees are very knowledgeable friendly etc. the rest are very sketchy always trying to pull scams. Make sure they don’t try to overcharge you, make sure you’re getting the deals you’re supposed to be getting, if you use points make sure they were actually applied to your balance. Don’t let this deter you from visiting this location most of the staff are awesome people unfortunately there’s a few that aren’t with the program

Never again. Worst service ever, and crappy prices to grow with it. No wonder everyone from Cottonwood, AZ drives to Flagstaff for their tree!!! Placed an online order for an eighth and got a message four hours later, saying the order was cancelled. How utterly useless! Nothing convenient or nice about that action. Bush-league nonsense.

The bud tender I had today was very impatient and very rude. Live down the road from here but very disappointed in the way the treat patients. He didn’t introduce himself by name or anything, and wasn’t kind at all. I’m done shopping there and will be driving a little further now on to have better service and better quality flower. TRASH DISPENSARY!!! I feel bad for cottonwood residents that such a shitty dispensary has monopolized the market in this town.

i lovr this place very much onlye speififc flower it waste my 34 dollar on super silver haze is very dried and i dont feel any high it totally waste of my money

Platinum was a disappoitment! Very stemmy! Staff was ok! But only waited 15 minutes this time! Most of staff are very nice and patient! But there are a few people that are rude and act like your a big pain if you ask questions or dont hear what they say! Shame on you some of us elders have those problems!

I have to agree with most of the other reviewers here, that this is just not a great place. Its worse since Harvest took over, much more expensive... maybe they think this is still Scottsdale? Most of the employees here are pretty chill, but there are consistently a few who seem to bring the overall vibe down. Not common for a pot shop.

Why does Harvest put products on sale and not have any of that product available,for instance almost every time Abundant has a sale on ounces,there's none available, bait and switch!management sucks, order some before March 3rd the day of sale,in case you didn't notice that high buck shit you stock ain't selling,quit trying to bully customers into buying fifty dollars or more for an eighth, come on man!to damn commercialized,its ruining it for all,(greed)!at it's finest,dump the high buck crap!

Bought 1/2 oz of house flower. I have had better ditch weed in the 80s vs the garbage I was sold. Budtender could care less if my needs. Not shopping here again.

I dislike the pound cake I got the other day I got bought bought an eighth of it it tasted like Pine-Sol and smell like pine saw it was absolutely disgusting I couldn't even smoke it

I usually have a good experience here but I’m a little disappointed that the bud tender that I just had couldn’t recommend the bogo deal on top tier eights even though that’s the only thing I was really buying. So I get home and realize I could have gotten two for the price of one. Wait to go, you really got me didn’t you, oh my your so clever.

Hi Mmj Community! I am entering my 2nd year as a patient & have not experienced better service than that at YHS-Cottonwood! Our budtenders are the Best! At this time, I am loyal to them! Selection is improving too, kiddos! Chill out and grieve that our time of extreme qualities (Valley) & dealios ($10 gram day!) is now a story to tell at the circle. Loving the 420 Box! ripped off. nobody even scanned my medical card. anybody could have picked up my order. nobody gave me back 10 dollars in change. wont ever be back. my first and last time ever.
