Real people are there to help you figure out what is right for you. No gimmicks just real very nice humans that care about your wellbeing.
5. Security guards are super nice and professional as well
Oh and try the flourish peanut butter bar because it’s amazing.
I stopped in yesterday and was sorry to learn that the Tru-Infusions 35 Gmail prepack flower (Blue Dream) is not actually in stock. Please revise your menu, so no one else is disappointed. I got a different strain that should work fine.

Ok, at first I was like bummed , but having given them a minute to get it together, it is pretty good , now that they have the edibles I like . Don't have to worry about what day or what time to shop due to specials .
The best part is that it is the same great crew from YHS

Brand new dispensary & they are doing GREAT!!! I'm loving all of the products too!!! They have a great selection, & a wide variety of products. Not everyone can legit smoke so the other means they offer for relief is fantastic & yes their selection is growing!! Their prices are pretty good for this area as well! Especially since there's not much for competition unlike Flagstaff, Prescott, & Phx areas.....The more they grow the more their selections will continue to grow!! I see this place doing great & especially once they work out the bugs of being new, & gain more love, & respect!!!
Not all dispensaries run the same deals so stop in, sign up for alerts, or whatever the particular dispensary has for communications & then you won't miss a deal, & be so angry...... Yes missing a deal sucks (I've done it), but at the same time most dispensaries have their normal 7 day a week special that they don't change much or they may add in extra specials for specials times.
On a side note..... instead of getting mean & nasty because you may miss a deal, or something is not perfect try actually talking to them so they have a legit chance to fix any issues & improve your experience.

I have been BANNED from HoC because I called out their issues. Their management is a stinky pile of sh*t. I highly recommend Jars on New River over HoC.

total rip-off... said I was an existing patient and I've never been here before in my life... staff very rude... 4 hour wait for an online order, phone orders are useless too... pass this one by and go to Sedona

Everyone is vary nice and patient
Very accommodating with my husband's medical condition.
Would like to see a delivery service in the future.
The menu is kind of misleading the one you can see shows a higher thc percentage than there is on the label on the bag when you get it. Today I got "Guru" the advertised percentage of thc was 16℅ and what I actually got was 11℅ thc it smelled and tasted like dirt weed Im surprised they can even sell that in the dispensary.
Everyone has always been nice and as helpful as they can be. I would love to do deliveries for them! That is the only thing missing is delivery service.
Ooofffff! Disappointed today ya'll BIGTIME! Somebody at corporate f'd up today. No product for the Canamo 7/10 deal and no "sorry we f'd up, here is a similar deal". Not cool at all Corporate! Local crew has to take the heat from us Patients and can't do anything about it. I get text messages from no less than 3 separate numbers about what the current promotions are but not a single one saying you don't have the advertised product...

My first time visiting was 4/10/18. Service and location is wonderful. Cartridge quality is amazing, prepackaged flower will take gettiby used too. My issue is when I first walked to the door, the security guard walked out and felt the need to create a dominant parameter walked right into me. I am handicapped and can't move quickly. This is a place for patients with medical conditions, not a place of criminals who need an alpha male to establish dominance over. He was apologetic after realizing my condition but the situation should not have happened
Forth time doing an online order and they had nothing that I ordered even tho it was added to the menu that day and had to wait almost an hour to get in. You shouldn't be doing online ordering if your not going to have anything in stock
Typical harvest can't ever actually help with anything because they are so unorganized. Would be nice if they actually cared about the customer not just the money they would run better almost the majority of the other dispensaries don't have the same issues...at least none other I've been to
I feel the products are nice. I am disappointed with lack of consistent professionalism, customer service, accountability, promptness, intimacy.
Waited for one hour and so many people in parking area , not 6 ft apart . Might as well open shop . Why can’t they come to the car to keep us safer . I saw a guy getting delivered to the car . That would be easier for customers.

I am a mmj patient in Cottonwood, and here's how it went for me today at Harvest:
5:01pm I placed my order online through Leafly.
5:22pm I received a message that my order was ready for pickup.
6:06pm I arrived at the dispensary. No line on the med side. About 5 minutes later I was in the store at the counter. I added another item to my order, and asked for advise on a product I already have at home.
6:16pm was the time printed on my receipt when the transaction was complete.
I have no complaints. Thank you.

Same complaints as everyone else
Med deals are gone
I used to go every weekend
Last time. I have the med card. Im on the med line
4 others are on rec line. Why do 4 people get ahead of me when i was the only one on the line at the time
Prices are up to. Med prices are quickly climbing to match rec prices
The staff is great. The atmosphere great. But... no deals. Rec pricing for med cards
4 visits a month to zero. Will gladly come back when med cards are given a reason to shop there again
So sad I had a order to pick up an no one said they were closing early and my order confirmation says nothing about closing early on new years eve it's not even a holiday today..

worst place I've been product was not labeled couldn't look at my perches till I left. I was sold shake and told to leave when I ? the manager. very unprofessional. then she threatens me. complete wast of $80 and I stood in the heat out side for 20 mins. I'll go to Payson jars or Flagstaff before I would ever give harvest another dime.
Prices are outrageous. They advertise sales they don’t actually have product for then “substitute” it with something that costs double. Orders are almost never filled and when they are, you never notified. I made the mistake of giving this place another chance but I’ll continue to make the 1.5 hour drive every two weeks to avoid this place. What a shame!!
