Harvest HOC - Cottonwood (Med)

This place has gone downhill fast, you can feel the arrogance, greed and downright stupidity of the company which appears to be part of a large corporation with stores all over the state so it feels too corporate instead of a caring home town feel. I have witnessed several staff members be unnecessarily mean to customers, one calling a customer ignorant because he had questions. They have argued with me on several occasions, over their math errors and over our disgust that they installed super bright obnoxious floodlights on the building, which is against the law. This company does not care about anything but profits. Then they took away our points which I was saving up, so we all just lost them, just so the company could boost profits. Their Roll One brand pre-rolls would always run or simply keep going out, the quality on the pre-rolls was the worst I have ever experienced. But the final straw that broke this customer was that they chopped down a perfectly beautiful shade tree that shielded us from burning sun in summer when we have to wait outside in line. A senseless corporate blunder, with the idiotic reason that it was a liability. HOW is a TREE a liability? Screw this place. My friends and I are boycotting this faceless, uncaring heartless corporation and we have been enjoying the other 2 local dispensaries very much. We suggest you do the same.

Bought 1/2 oz of house flower. I have had better ditch weed in the 80s vs the garbage I was sold. Budtender could care less if my needs. Not shopping here again.

I went to the dispensary today and got in line inside after waiting in the lobby. I got in the Rec line and a couple moments later a woman stepped in front of me in line, i looked at her and she started yelling at me, then the staff interceded and said the line stays how it is and y’all need to cut it out, looking at me, like i did something. I did nothing while getting cut in line and yelled at by the staff. Won’t ever frequent this place again, the staff is rude, the product quality is sub par and the prices are outrageous. The only saving grace it had was that it was close. Not close enough to deal with the rude staff and bad product now though. Do yourself a favor and go to Sedona for your green, skip the cottonwood dispensary, it’s not worth the trouble. In Sedona the staff isn’t rude. The quality of the product you get is far better in Sedona too.

Black Friday was crazy! With deals and people! Kudos to the budtenders who did such a good job staying cool! I have never seen a dispensary so busy!! So happy I knew what specials were happening ahead of time, I left knowing I scored big deals and I'll be set for awhile. I am proud to call this dispensary my home town shop!

I had some customer service issues the first couple times I came in. Quit for awhile and circumstance caused me stop in again a few moths ago. Pleasantly surprised with service. Big upgrade with associate in front of counter guiding folks and answering questions.

Just tried a gram of the Mr. Clean and looked at their menu and was very pleased to see they have lowered it to $7 a gram and got two new $10 strains. It’s nice to have change, having the same strain can get a bit stale and old but paying the same price doesn’t haha! It’s really nice of y’all to switch it up occasionally. They had a couple mistakes and downfalls when they very first opened, but they did very well at taking care of it all and resolving any issues. I have no doubt in my mind that with time, they will continue to develop and enhance and will become the best dispensary in the whole Verde Valley area, even better than Sedona though they’re also amazing.

Without a doubt the best dispensary in ALL of Arizona. The quality of the product is outstanding. You will find everything you could every dream of here. The staff is so kind and genuine, I have always been assisted immediately no wait times. Hands down the best experience I've had in a dispensary. The prices are perfect! Quality quality quality!!

I love the people here. They always have smiles and great recommendations. I've never had a bad experience with anyone here. Even when they're jam packed they always keep moving quickly giving their best to the patient in front of them but also keeping in mind the people waiting. Can't help but feeling at home with these people, they always manage to brighten my day. Seems to work for the mediocre, needs improvement, especially with quality, price and consistency.

I came in for the first time today. Great new patient deals. Sam was my budtender and he was awesome. I will definitely come back in next time I'm in the area.

this has turned out to be a great location. The service is very good. products are great and reasonably priced. I would recommend stopping in and try it out. it's worth it.

My amazing, personable, outgoing, and smiling budtenders over at Harvest of Cottonwood are telling me that they can no longer accept tips for their amazing service... I know that couldn't have been an in-house decision... I've been to almost every dispensary in the state, and even the rude guys get tips. These guys at Harvest Cottonwood are the friendliest I've encountered in this industry, and deserve a tip (especially when I'm dying to do so.)
