I went at noon on a saturday & still only had to waited like 10 minutes. Associate knew what he was talking about & didn't rush me at all. The variety of top tier flower is among the best I've seen yet. I have 6 or 7 shops between me and Harvest of Chandler. I will still make the journey out there, more times than not... 4 STARS
The parking lot is so absolutely terrible. Other than that, I placed an online order and the medical line was far shorter, so as a med patient, I waited in the med line. Guy tells me I can’t do that next time, I have to wait in the mixed online order line. Just seems kinda silly. Super tiny place, some good deals sometimes, and that’s about its only redeeming quality.

The overall service is cool but it’s a slap in the face to only offer a DA industry discount only on Mondays. Us budtenders are taking care of patients and doing a service to the MMJ community every single day of the week and should be treated as if our service matters or is appreciated. But I guess that what happens when you go corporate
I have been coming to this store exclusively for the last two years. I was denied service today because my temporary driver's license and recently expired mmj card wasn't good enough to prove my identity to buy recreationaly. What would a third ID do? Am I suddenly not myself just because my card expired? Am I forging DMV issued paper DL's for a preroll? Extremely dissatisfied.

Recreational has deteriorated the customer experience, and has significantly and negatively impacted the quality of service. This is true everywhere, but I've noticed it here more than anywhere else. On the positive side, you can get in and out relatively quickly, compared to other places. The parking lot itself is awkward, if only because of the drivers that can't handle it. Don't expect much thoughtfulness, etc, do expect generally higher prices, and pretty fair weed.

I keep trying this place, since it’s so close to home, but they are a disappointment every time. Prices are not usually competitive with other local spots, parking lot is tiny and dangerous, communication is poor. Orders routinely get cancelled, often after waiting hours. Store generally doesn’t answer the phone, and when someone does they are rude.

flower is hit n miss all shelves bought evo lab carts unknowing its preferred to have a Evolab battery and budtender didnt specify so now I have $60 in carts that aren't working on other batteries(vapen, puraearth). called to ask about it and Ryan basically said they should have but they didn't they probably didn't know yeah you can drive back and buy one for $15. I live 50 minutes away I stop in after work and he basically said idk what to tell you that sucks make a complaint on leafly. ryan was rude unhelpful and uncaring towards the situation.
I ordered CBD but was given 1:1 and was not told about the change. I feel like they sold me a product I didn't want just to make a sale. I will not go back.
Terrible like always don't know why I came back. Parking is ridiculous what a bad design flaw. Every single time I have came here my order was canceled! Every time it's almost a joke. Should just stop accepting online orders. Now to the worst part the weed sucks, I've gotten higher off reggies in 2003. Do your self a favor head over to trubliss organics. Flower is fire, staff are quick and friendly, and parking is spacious.

Came here on 2/11 through the rec line and all the ladies in the morning were very friendly and polite greeting me and answering all my questions, got through the line in 10 mins very fast and efficient have a good day guys! :)

First time there (and to any dispo) and it was terrible. staff did not communicate whatsoever. budtender was not helpful, just seemed irritated and distracted. it was also super loud in there so that just added to the stress. only good part was the funny security guard outside.

Great atmosphere from the music all the way to the staff . The true infusion has been on point recently as well as the alien labs. I would rather pay the extra few dollars to get the quality!

I pre-ordered online on Leafly , (leafly said updated 4 minutes previous to my order), then when I arrive at the location they did not have any organization between recreational and medicinal, so as a medicinal patient I waited in line for what I pre ordered online to skip lines. When I was finally being waited on, They did not have what I ordered so they tried to replace it with something else that is not of the same quality of what I was going to purchase, Once I said no to that one there was a few other strain variations that were offered .
I had picked one he mentioned and then when he went to go get it all of a sudden that one was not available as well , He came back with four other options that were still less par of what I was originally asking for.
For being the bigger MJ business in Az I expected a little more smooth of a transaction .

I placed an order in Tempe AZ and had a lot of trouble with customer service. After 2.5hrs of waiting for my order, I called customer service about it, and was told after 2.5hrs it should be ready. I had my doubts, because it has happened once before, but customer service assured me that after 2.5 hours it should be ready. I wish it wasn't true, but went I down, I was told that they had run out. I found myself in the same position again, so I asked to see the manager. By this time three hours had passed and no there was still no call.
She she came over and said how are you doing, and I said not very well. She said so I hear, and followed up with so how can I help you since I am out of Gorilla Glue. I could see by her body language and forced smile that she didn't want to help me. I said, I don't know, but I am not buying that. I pointed at the package the bud tender brought out. I said It's crap, and you know it. Then her tone changed, and she said that purchases in the express line are BLIND purchases and you have to take what we give you. Now I know you can't sort through product for something you might like better, but you don't have to buy what is presented to you. It is taken out to have a so that you can have a look before you buy.
Everything I was shown was very poor quality. Also the manager could have taken me aside instead of letting it escalate as the line grew behind me. The bud tender was butting in on the conversation. I was left wondering who was in charge. I agreed to see other strains, but the manager didn't stay to deal with the problem. She walked away and left the bud tender to deal with it He came back with some more really bad product, so I left. I just don't think that is how a manager should conduct herself.
Watch out for the BLIND purchase and bait and switch

Horrible selfish people working here. I showed up 1-2 minutes before closing and they lied and said it’s 10. I showed him 9:59 on my phone, and he says by the time they get the one item I wanted it’ll be too late. LIARS!
Love the staff.
Appreciate extra measures to keep us safe from covid19.
Don't understand, though, why if I placed online order, I had to stand in line outside for 45 minutes.
In addition, they got my order wrong.
I wish they would have opened it in my presence to confirm the order as other dispensaries do.
Wis parking was in the front!!
Placed an order through leafly at 1250pm. Waited 3 hours for it to notify me it was complete. Nothing. Attempted to use the leafly chat function to contact the store, but no one responded.
Called the store at 345pm, was told they don't use leafly anymore and that I should order online at the Harvest website. Was told all the items I wanted were available in stock at Harvest and was given a price.
Placed the same order at the website and was told my medical card was expired (due to old information In their database). Entered my new information and it showed as updated. Was told the order would be ready in 5/10 minutes for pickup. Received an email saying my order was being processed and I'd receive a second email when it was ready. After an hour, no second email was received. Did get a text message saying it was ready.
Went to the store to pick up my order, only 2 of the 3 carts I ordered was in the bag. Employee fetched the third cart, then quoted me a totally different price $20 higher. This was a problem because I brought exactly enough cash to cover the cost I was quoted 3 different times (leafly, harvest website, dude on the phone).
Was then told that they DO use leafly, "I don't know why he told you that", and the price was incorrect because their database had me as a recreational patient because my card had expired. Despite me already updating it on their website.
Eventually got my entire order correct and for the quoted price but the entire experience was irritating. I won't be coming here ever again.
