The staff is great. I appreciate the lengths they're taking to prevent covid19 spread. On the last 3 visits, i have had to wait in line outside for 30min to 90min. On Saturday, i waited in the hot sun- no shelter. I don't change my order when i pick it up, which i suggest you enforce-no changes. My transaction takes less than 5 min! Please find a better method. Other dispensaries have the patient wait in their car, and they text when ready.

Love the staff. Appreciate extra measures to keep us safe from covid19. Don't understand, though, why if I placed online order, I had to stand in line outside for 45 minutes. In addition, they got my order wrong. I wish they would have opened it in my presence to confirm the order as other dispensaries do.
