Harvest HOC - Baseline (Med/Rec)

This place does not understand the purpose of a pre-order. Ordrlrr online and sit in line line everyone else for 30m for a 'quick pickup'..

I’ve been to many Harvest locations including Tempe, Scottsdale, and Cottonwood with results being great, so I thought I’d give this Harvest a try and man was I disappointed. Don’t get me wrong, the staff was so nice and the environment was great but they messed up my order and charged more than I got. I asked for an eighth and 3 grams of 4 different strains and instead she chose 3 strains and make them all grams. Really bummed by that especially since I’ve never gotten a wrong order at any dispensary before. Really disappointed. They could do better.

Was not satisfied with the customer service and will not recommend them any more.

Came all the way to the store just to be told my preorder isn't fillable, and then offered more expensive options because they don't have any stock. Walking out empty handed again. Read your reviews and work on your issues, guys, this is ridiculous.

I'm partial to Harvest as she was my first and has always been there for me to provide fast efficient and friendly service. I was a little peeved at the fact that HOB put a store right next to another local favorite as it seemed a bit intrusive but paid a visit nonetheless. As always, fast efficient with several excellent strains. The only thing that brings the atmosphere score to a 3 star is the desolate freeway side pop up that you can only access coming east or exiting baseline coming north on the 10. Lastly the one suggestion I have and this is for all dispensaries, because I've heard the same at several, employees that complain about the shift or terms of their employment in front of the public should be relegated to backroom duties. It spoils the fun for the customer.

Best or nothing and this the best place to go for top flowers

this is still my number 1 dispensary for meds. i live in laveen and have no problem making the drive to get the best flower. i recommend harvest of baseline to any mmj card holder.

Really like this dispensary. I popped in this morning for a look see and new patient deal. Incredibly nice gentleman at the door, showed me to the front counter. Did the FTP paperwork, taken back. Got some stuff on a snap sale some pineapple chunk and chronic hog. Great setup, people are great in the back as well. Got it home, popped open the PC and wow, smell for days and STICKY, like grinder gumming sticky. Great experience, a few cuts of some excellent meds at a great price. Yeah I'll be back, believe that! ;)

Very fast becoming my favorite place to pick up meds. The staff is always super enthusiastic and friendly, more importantly, they're attentive about my medical needs and not merely trying to sell me something. As for the meds, the quality is some of the best I've found in the valley and the prices are great, especially the sales.

Everything was great, minus the product. Only way to describe what I just purchased is reminiscent of days of the brick weed. The amount of stems and leaves is baffling. Very few buds. I’m shocked. Literally speechless.

During this COVID crisis we are all working hard to be flexible but today I submit a phone order when I get there I am then told the ATM isn’t working and I have to go to the Gas station two blocks away I ask for my total and the cashier refuses to tell me how much I will need like wow you can’t give me an estimate of what the tax’s are? and now here I am running around back and forth to get my meds HARVEST Your customer service SUCKS! Think ahead and be considerate of you patients time and Sorry ISN’T good enough

Harvest of baseline must be strapped for cash or something!!! I really wasn't a fan of Harvest when I first came in and saw that they were charging basically $20 more than the price of the concentrates would be from the dispensary that manufactures them(nature's med, muv, cannamo) but I was willing to let all that slide when they brought out the "outdoor" bud great price and even though they said it was lower thc it was cured properly and did the job this should be the happy ending but after a week on the shelf THIS dispensary took the exact strains that they were charging $32 a quarter(7 grams) and put a $15 a gram price tag on it great marketing technique I don't want my money going towards a dispensary that's just trying to make a quick buck if you're reading this hopefully it helps you out go next door they have actual topshelf

These shops are sell super thrash medicene. And the good stuff is crackhead prices. Yall got 21 strains that smoke but not worth buying 65 dollars. 99 percent pf yall flower is garbage. Who is yall grower. Stop short changong us. 14 percent cookies 14 terria grow most of yall weed suck

I've heard a lot of bad about this dispensary's service. I can tell you if you want a person who know their products, the uses what they help with, and get you whatever best deal he possibly can. Best budtender hands down to ask for is Miguel. No front with this one and he guarantees my satisfaction every time he helps me. If anybody is giving you the worst, just say "I'd like Miguel to help me instead please. He's worth the wait and make this place worth coming to. Best damn budtender this store has.

Refused my Kush kash I was given my item 9 labs when I was told I could use them at any location item 9 was sold. The lack of communication between the two companies is unprofessional and I will not be returning because of the disrespect and bad customer service directly from the manager. Don’t use your employees to deliver messages, that’s what you’re a manager for.

will never go back....Some of the staff are some of the greatest people ever but some and those are the ones i will find another dispensary to spend my $2000+ per month at...the unprofessionalism of those staff members is the problem with dispensaries today...Until we grow our own, we are prisoners to these corporate people that just 10-15 years ago would have called you and me a pothead and if on the jury convicted us...F/U Harvest ....never again

STAY AWAY. !!!!! I hate to say it but I wonder because of the part of town if harvest thinks that that means that they can give mediocre service to the customers in that area and belittle them. I actually live in Chandler and visit that location but there was a special strain at Harvest baseline. I placed my order online and within 15 minutes I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. at the online order desk the guy brings out my items and says that will be $160 I tell him I only ordered 2 prerolls he says oh we are out of those! I’m like how I ordered 15mins ago and he got all rude and said like I said we are out. I ask for a manager and what do you know they have the items in stock. It’s like the guy upfront didn’t even care to check and he was super RUDE for no reason! Chandler hoc never treats customers like this. I got no apology and the manger didn’t even correct his employee. Again I believe they treat customers like crap here because of the area of the dispensary. Don’t setup shop in Neighborhoods where you dislike the consumers and you could also hire more people who look like us.
