Harvest HOC - Baseline (Med/Rec)

STAY AWAY. !!!!! I hate to say it but I wonder because of the part of town if harvest thinks that that means that they can give mediocre service to the customers in that area and belittle them. I actually live in Chandler and visit that location but there was a special strain at Harvest baseline. I placed my order online and within 15 minutes I received a text saying my order was ready for pick up. at the online order desk the guy brings out my items and says that will be $160 I tell him I only ordered 2 prerolls he says oh we are out of those! I’m like how I ordered 15mins ago and he got all rude and said like I said we are out. I ask for a manager and what do you know they have the items in stock. It’s like the guy upfront didn’t even care to check and he was super RUDE for no reason! Chandler hoc never treats customers like this. I got no apology and the manger didn’t even correct his employee. Again I believe they treat customers like crap here because of the area of the dispensary. Don’t setup shop in Neighborhoods where you dislike the consumers and you could also hire more people who look like us.

Came all the way to the store just to be told my preorder isn't fillable, and then offered more expensive options because they don't have any stock. Walking out empty handed again. Read your reviews and work on your issues, guys, this is ridiculous.

So I don’t mind the shop cause it’s a cool a shop but DO NOT EVER IN LIFE GET (FROSTED SANGRIA-FROM OLD PAL) IT IS LITERALLY WORSE THAN REGGIE I WOULD CALL IT “STRESS” IF YOU GET THIS STRAIN YOU WILL BE SMOKING STRESS ITSELF. IT SMELLS LIKE LITERALLY STINKY GRASS. 🤦🏾‍♂️😭😭😭🤦🏾‍♂️

I love this location because it's clean and it has an ATM and if you leave a review you get a free pre-roll, I tested this out and yes you do get a free pre-roll and you don't have to buy anything so I tested that out too and the girl who helped me out made me feel very uncomfortable because I didn't buy anything her service was awkward I felt judged and next time I go there I will never let her sell me anything but the blonde guy they're super chill super good.

Nice looking modern set up. top shelf meds were very dry, burned to a black ash, and had an odd taste. not for me, won't return or recommend.

I have never had an issue with coming to a dispensary with either my new or old med card as long I was active on the state site. Receptionist lied and said I wasn’t in the system when I was here a couple of weeks ago with my new card and when I corrected her all she said “well my manager is right here”. They lack customer service, I’d rather do to mint.

This local reminds me of a calming garden. I walk in and am immediately soothed by the scent in the air. This location has alot of CBD choices. Just what I need for my bad back. It works wonders. They also have flower and concentrats. Pretty good choices on that also.

It was my first time ever visiting Harvest dispensaries. as soon as I parked and walked up to the door I was sincerely greeted and felt so welcome. it took only a few moments for them to process my paperwork and on back I was. I loved the atmosphere of walking around and picking up everything and not having somebody at my butt if I didn't want them to be. I purchased some complete fire that was at almost 29% and bought pure thc drops at a smoking price. thanks guys.

I like the relaxed atmosphere at Baseline Harvest. They’ve got a nice big area where you can take your time. I’m cheap so I like the snap sales

They knew what I was looking for the staff is friendly, fast and knowledgeable. They were out of what I was looking for but quick to counter with a just as good product.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Nice selection and pricepoints, easy parking. After just a few visits they have become my favorite dispensary. For some reason I seem to be smiling every time I go in. Go figure.
