Harvest HOC - Baseline (Med/Rec)

Glad I have a Harvest location near me. I really enjoy the flower at the Baseline location. My 1st visit was an enjoyable experience.

Love it! From the moment you walk through the Door you are Greeted with a Smile! GREAT Quality Flower from Bottom Tier to Top Tier, it's A Win Win every time! Love the Snap Sales also 😁 Amazing Staff and can't wait for Extended Hours to get Approved! I definitely Recommend this Place

This place is clean. Staff is wonderful. Plenty of selections to choose from. And everyone is so friendly here. I will be back!

Came in looking for wax and was thoroughly impressed with the lemon drop that was recommended by my amazing bud tender!!

The location, is a good an easy spot to fine. The front desk was helpful. I'm satisfied with my order.

I know I just left a review not too long ago, but guess what? They have ANOTHER BOGO deal on wax. It's only on NM wax tho. Nature's Medicine's concentrates are actually pretty good, an average test score of 70%THC & extremely flavorful crystals & crumbles it's no wonder why they are in so many dispensaries across the valley! Guys I am in love with this Harvest. This is now the dispensary I go to the most. This place has truely higher standards unlike the place next door (which is ironic their slogan is "higher standards). If you want a gaudy, flashy, overpriced medicine, and a teenage hangout vibe with music blasting then the place next door might be more your speed.

One of the best ftp specials in the area. Private reserve is included when most others don't include private. Staff was legit except the front desk dude. Potent planet Meat Breathe is 🔥 🔥 🔥 Slyme cookies was legit but the Sorbetto was eh? Grow Science Chem Dog Diesel was gas as well. Can't wait to visit again.

An okay dispensary but don’t compete with the deals that other dispensaries have, especially nearby. But the staff is always friendly.

I have a 420 card and have had it signed off like 3 times but my name and everything is wearing off cause I forgot. budtender basically just said fuck off and I can sign the $10 one. still very disappointed

After 2 hours my pickup order still wasn’t prepared. It was a very small order and I placed it pretty early in the morning. I understand how it is to be short staffed but it’s a little frustrating waiting so long for something that ended up taking 5minutes. What’s the point of making an online order if it’s just quicker to be a walk in?

My first time, matter of fact my first three visits were with kendrick and he is freakinnnn awesome!!! However against my better judgement I went to the half alive dude. I spoke with him abouty need for a great sativa and why I didn't want indica he was like barely even there so after looking through the sativas I picked one and this half baked ass dude sold me strong ass Indica dominant!!! As soon as I opened It I knew and of course I opened it I expected it to be what the hell I ordered, I closed it and gave a call. So I will only visit for last resort because there was absolutely no interest in rectifying the situation and I mentioned it more than once. Dude needs to lay off the product at work!

Great the only complaint I have is their special going on rt now on all the posted adds it says on harvest house flower but they said it only applies to premium or reserve which I can understand but u should specify that cause how I read it is on all house grown no matter tier or u should specify that

Place your order ahead of time because they have no sense of urgency to get your order if placed right before you go in. The thing is I only ordered one preroll and took them 15 minutes.

Thats bs! Advertising sublime prerolls buy 1 get 1 free on weekends well what do you know they dont have none this weekend, but now they do on monday after the sale! MAN WTF!!!!.

I placed an order and got a done message when I got there they didn't have anything I ordered. then I was 3 dollars short with 1000 loyalty points and they refused to access them.

Mixed feelings about Harvest. I've been to this location and Tempe many times. I'll just make a list of pros and cons. Pros: -Sometimes they have great deals -The flower can be pretty good but you really have to check it and do your due diligence (smell and look at it) -Friendly and fast when the place isn't busy -Half of the cashiers are very friendly and understand math. Cons: -They are terrible at getting people through the checkout lines when they are busy.-The online ordering system doesn't work. I've tried 3 times and it has never been bagged up and ready when I arrive. I've ordered sale items only to show up and be told that they are sold out when I arrive. It shouldn't let you order sale items online if that's their policy. -Very inconsistent pricing month to month. Sometimes tax is included, sometimes not (they don't announce changes). Winter prices are almost double the summer prices. Half of the top tier flower is actually mid flower. You have to be very careful and can't assume the product is good because it's top shelf. Black friday bait and switch (Menu board advertised the sale price for all strains on top tier but in reality only half were on sale. Nowhere was the actual price listed and the cashier had to tell me while checking out that it wasn't on sale.) -Turns into a Cluster F when they have big sales or change the system. It took them 20 minutes to ring up a simple purchase (2 strains of flower).

Management, I did not want to do this review,because I love this place when I get the chance to go. The staff usually says, “hello” and “have a great day” which makes it very hospitable and feels welcoming. The price is fair and the quality of overall medicine is great but today I have a complaint. No one wanted to acknowledge the fact that I had a complaint about a product that I buy on the regular so, instead they just look at me. The woman helping me didn’t even address my concern, after I brought it up twice. My concern was, the last prerolls I bought were rolled wrong and I basically wasted my money because I couldn’t keep the thing lit. No one tried to apologize or comp me. The woman helping me just kept working to get my medication filled and to say “have a great night”. This is unacceptable. I did not ask for a manager out of respect for the other patients waiting behind me. I will be back, but only if my issue is resolved. Warm Regards

Honestly, if you have the option to NOT come here, choose NOT TOO. This place is far from what a true cannabis patient deserves. If you truly care about quality, this place does not have it. They’re customer service is low end, they’re employees only care about themselves, and most importantly when it comes down to expensive weed, these people WILL SEE YOU POPCORN NUGS for 50$ an 1/8th!! I would NEVER recommend anyone to come into this toxic atmosphere and harvest, you will never see a dime of my money ever again. Not until you turn into that cookies store in the next few months.!

Bud tenders are pretty friendly, and the time spent there is pretty quick. The specials are pretty great as well!

So I don’t mind the shop cause it’s a cool a shop but DO NOT EVER IN LIFE GET (FROSTED SANGRIA-FROM OLD PAL) IT IS LITERALLY WORSE THAN REGGIE I WOULD CALL IT “STRESS” IF YOU GET THIS STRAIN YOU WILL BE SMOKING STRESS ITSELF. IT SMELLS LIKE LITERALLY STINKY GRASS. 🤦🏾‍♂️😭😭😭🤦🏾‍♂️
