Amazing staff and amazing service. The products are unbeatable and the prices are some of the best in Arizona. Olen, Tom, Jill, Mandy, Lori, Bev, Bob, Daniel, Mike, Carlos Chris and any of the other staff I missed are some of the most competent, helpful and professional people I’ve had the pleasure of working with. 10/10 a hundred times over.

great meds at a good price, however your staff turnover is an issue that doesn't seem to be getting better. hope you see the value in consistency with customer service reps soon.

Love this staff. I've been going to Hana since their first year here. So glad Dutchies are back! And that they've had $30 Sundays, which I hope they will keep doing! To me that is fair for this product.

This place needs a separate window for medical patients!! Had to wait and wait and wait while the young recreational person ahead of me decided how to spend his $20.00!!!!! I'm old, I'm in pain, I order online to avoid lines!!!!! You need to care more about medical customers!!!!!!!

For the last few times I've ordered only once my order was confirmed. I don't know what the problem is but it is beginning to mess with the outlook I have of this location. It just sucks that I have to go without due to incompetence or maybe I don't qualify as a priority patient. Weekend without medicating. Very disappointed.

Stopped in and no joke EVERYONE was in the best of mood. Smiling and quick on recommendations . Phil the manager always makes u feel very welcomed. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and take their time with each patient. This was the first dispensary I visited and no other can compare. The atmosphere is very relaxed and comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Hana to those liking for a high quality product and great service.
