I have been going to Hana for 3 years and it is a very good dispensary. Great customer service and wonderful people. However, the quality of their flower has really fallen off as they have been building their in-house brands. This is very problematic for me since I only buy flower, but I hear wonderful things about their products.
I'll be finding a new dispensary, but Hana will be hard to beat.
For the last few times I've ordered only once my order was confirmed.
I don't know what the problem is but it is beginning to mess with the outlook I have of this location.
It just sucks that I have to go without due to incompetence or maybe I don't qualify as a priority patient.

Everyone is friendly and I love the curbside pick up! Unlike others dispensaries where you have to stand outside in line to enter the store, I can comfortably sit in my cool car waiting!!

I like the no frills decor, and diversity of employees.
When ordering on-line, the order is alwys correct. Pre-order leads to quick in-and-out and has worked well work my medication needs. Staff is always friendly, prepared to answer questions and gives good advise based on experience.
