The best f n dispensary in Tucson

Drove far out there and wasn’t much of a selection compared to what they advertise on the menu for medical Monday. The lady getting the items was not much help. Got a few items but was a disappointment

Waited outside for over 15 minutes. Staff basically shut door on me and said would be a minute they are at capacity. I waited 15 minutes until I rang bell and staff comes out yelling at me. I tried to explain that I was getting heat stroke since it is 100 degrees outside and I needed some water. I couldn't get even two words out when the staff kept cutting me off and yelling at me to deal with it and that Covid is doing this. They have posted that 10 people only are allowed in their waiting room. Within three minutes of me standing out there two people had already left. After 10 minutes the person that was right in front on me in line left. I still stood there 5 minutes and no one was coming out to help anyone. No one cared about the 15 people in line. By the way not once did I get an apology of any kind from any of the staff over this. I left because I was so sick feeling and ended up throwing up three times on my drive home. Now almost 12 hours later I am starting to feel somewhat better. So basically this place made me stand in line 15 minutes, get heat stroke, yelled at me for it and I got nothing out of it. I would never recommend the terrible customer service this place offers. When I called later I felt like they were blaming me for waiting for them instead of just leaving sooner. This showed me they do not value customer service at all. As far as I can figure they are so lazy they are waiting for all 10 people to buy and leave before they will let even one person in. Also during the 15 minute wait the person that had the nerve to yell at me for being upset brought in a bunch of food. I would assume while I was waiting they were all eating.

Harbor experience they don't hardly have any flower listed anymore time to go to earth's healing besides this place won't even give me my pree roll for my reviews horrible this place has gone down hill completely its like this place wants to turn into green med or something

worst dispensary I have ever dealt with. they used to be my favorite. but the horrible customer service overshadowed any good they had. Don't believe the hours on the website.

I enjoy the Staff, people have been nice too. Their Bud selection is very tasty 😋

The wait is the worst... You guys are better than this.... This used to be my favorite dispensary.... But this waiting game has got to stop.... In surprised people still come and out up with this shit....

This was certainly the best dispensary I had been to in the state prior to COVID. Since, it seems that they cannot keep up with customer demand, and all of the great strains they once had haven’t been on the shelves in weeks. Not necessarily all their fault, but other dispensaries have kept up just fine.

Even though there’s always going to be a wait on Tuesdays and Fridays, I do appreciate the price and the quality of the products!

Ok. I'm gonna start with the building. wow! so relaxing, and just beautiful. Then the staff was nothing less than amazing. I cant remember the ladies name that helped me, but man, she is so knowledgable about the products they carry. I kind of made my choices based on the names of stuff and what strain it was, and she would explain how it works etc. I'm still so new to this, and she was so patient with me, and answered any questions I had. I would totally recommend this place.

The product here is far superior to most Tucson dispensaries and worth the drive if you live far. Fun, attentive, educated crew, great surrounding. The only place I'll use from now on!

I purchased a 15$ gram of the fried apple pie- not only was it .1 short but it’s airy and has stems. I’m not very happy with this product.

I did a review today saying how good the service was BOY WAS I WRONG ! this man that checks people in kept my ID on purpose he told me to go at the end of the line so he could help everyone else . I told him no I standed in line just like everyone else , he rolled his eyes then checked me out. I was in a rush for an appointment. later on I realized I didn't have my I'd I called and they tell me oh yeah we have it we didn't have your number on file . even tho I provided it to them before. I told her it's sad he did this . the women goes oh I'll give you a gram preroll I get there these dumb ass people switched it all up. she gave me a half gram and I think it's unfair how the whole situation went. and they didn't offer to update my number or nothing. I need a manager to call me.

The quality of the product does not seem to be as good and I been using Green Halo the last few years. It seems like in the last few months since you started selling to recreational users...prices has gone up for less product, not as potent and seriously low on edibles selection sucks. Change isn't always a good thing!!! I had heard a few dozen of my other friends staring to shop elsewhere because of what I just named off. Also very sad when a company doesn't help military or the disabled. It was good while it lasted but since you seem to think cashing in on recreational and kicking us medical who pay lots are kicked to the curb.
