Very Rude and condensing. let 3 customers go in front of me. used to be my go to pot shop but now I'm going to take my business elsewhere after a year of being a loyal customer.

Wax buckets always are light at least 1g-.05g short. Took one back that was over a gram short and exchanged it for one that was .05 short. Said they would look into it and get back to me for remedy. Never called me back and I’ve lost all confidence in their ability to deliver what your paying for. Multiple other reviews saying the same over the last 6+ months. Not hard to double check your work in packaging and follow through when things don’t go right. Buy at your own risk. Not a deal if your getting shorted every time.

Pros: Good meds, good prices. Cons: Ridiculously LONG lines and NO online ordering. Patients are expected to stand in line, outside while each customer goes inside to order. I was a regular customer. Ironically they had online ordering before the pandemic.

BubbaStar ( hybrid) It's a really nice strain and has dark orange and dark emerald green running through the flower. It's great for insomnia

At one time this place was good. I'd recommend several better dispensaries in Tucson.

I don't understand how they can raise prices across the board in the name of legalization with the vauge promise of having low prices again "once they can"...and then remain a MEDICAL ONLY facility. Here it is Friday, and it used to be $25/8th. Gee, I wonder why you guys tout that there's no wait.

Where do I start, today 09/22/2020, I called at 9:41 AM, I called for prices and availability on potent planet, as well to see if they have a Leafly open for pre-orders, when I was explaining and asking questions I noticed the lady that was helping me was not in a good mood. We continued our conversation and noticed as well that she would interrupt when I would talk and would talk over me. She coached me on telling me that sales days Are not Leafly available etc. my remark was “ that sucks because I just want to be able to just go in and out real quick “ as well as I told her I’ve had multiple times where I drive from where I live to the halo, and the product I am looking for just sold out, she didn’t really care about me mentioning that. when I mentioned that comment, she automatically said not to talk to her that Way which caught me off guard because I talk loud and with a Sales man Voice ( because I am a sales man ) she mentioned that to me and I caught it Immediately, so I confronted her about it on the phone and asked her what do you mean how am I being rude or aggressive, she responded with I feel like you are being aggressive and rude “ which is an assumption, And when I tried to confront it got worse and when I was asked if They will have enough to just hang up , she rudely said 90 left and hung up. When I addressed it to the manager she said she was aware of the situation but haven’t heard the call or did it here or wasn’t there, so when I was explaining the situation the manager kept telling me that the employees are top priority and that they are not to be threatened talked aggressive on or harassed which I agree but I agree with a legit reason and not an assumption and for the manager to tell me that it was a mistake on both ends when I wasn’t doing anything and I was just asking for my information, when I said that to the manager She said it was busy and that the person might’ve been Overwhelmed which I agree but why does that give them a reason to talk to me like that? Also her saying that is giving me the impression that you guys are not customer impressed because she also said it was busy she had orders to take care of than to answer all these questions, like ARE YOU SERIOUS? Then why does on the menus it ask for us to place an order AHREAD OF TIMe if they ain’t even giving us the time in the phone! As well the managers most response was that they can hang up any call whenever they wang if they feel mistreated, but when asking her how if it going to get situated she said she will bring it up in a meeting and That they are able to hang up any call that they feel are bad, mines always not h til she said “ Don’t y’all to me like that, I am taking it as you being rude and aggressive “ there was no threat, no aggression, I was taking a dump on the bathroom while on the call and just woke up , it’s not my nature to call and start problems, sorry no o not this guy! Never going back and for sure passing this experience on.

Gave me 16%thc instead of 29% that was stated. Was told sorry our error but ALL SALES ARE FINAL! 7 years a loyal customer and new management made it clear its profits at all cost. Sad.

For about a year, every time I go in I am harassed by the same budtender. He always asks for my phone number, knowing I am not single, I always tell him no and I’ve told him to stop asking. He has also asked if I would cheat on my partner. I currently work with someone who used to work at this location. I told him about what I experience when I come in, and he knew exactly who I was talking about. Apparently he does this often and I can only assume management doesn’t care. Be careful ladies.

So, I meant to do a review a couple weeks back,.. but life happens. Anywho, loved it here. Actually had gone to another dispensary that some day and got treated like crap. Naturally I took my card back, and decided to try it out here instead. let me just say, The atmosphere, the edibles, the flower, the people, EVERYTHING was delightful. I'd also like to shout out one of the budtenders there, her name was D, and man, after hearing about the last dispensary, it was almost as if she made it a point to be extra kind to me, and after just losing my mom, kindness is really what I needed. So as far as the dispensary, the bud, the atmosphere, and the wonderful miss Darien or "D" I'd say this is a wonderful little find. A gem for sure. :) Peace, Light & Love.

Been to this location a few times. Every time I look on the menu and see something I like they are always out. I guess this place does not stock up before the next day. They will put something on the menu and only have very small amount of that but keep it on the menu all day even though it's been sold out many hours ago. I am very hesitant to go back because you never know what they have.

I don't know where these other people giving positive reviews are coming from vut I bought 2 oz from here, it was prepackaged so I couldn't see it nor smell before I got home. both ozs were DRY AF & SMELLED LIKE HAY. I THREW IT AWAY! I won't go back and recommend everyone against this place! Additionally they are trying to charge $400 oz! NUTS
