That is SOOOOO wrong to go up on prices from $25 to $40 per 1/8 right after Prop 207 passes and during Covid19 and you guys have older people that I have talk to in line that drive all the way from Sierra Vista and the town Benson to buy medicine since they have no dispensaries and to not let us know a week before or last visit you don't do it threw a text but a email the night before so people would still go all that way because they wouldn't check a email is so wrong and people would wait 2-3hrs during the hot summer standing in line before the pagers outside to support your business and like I have for almost 7yrs is SOOOO wrong in so many ways and I will take my business else where.. And as a patient who pay for a AZ Med Card our price should of stayed the same or a $5 dollar increase and those patients without a card from the Prop passing should pay $40 or more..
I've been a regular here for over 7 years because of quality & good prices! As of today's new and greedy price increases (unbelievable FORTY PERCENT INCREASE ON Tuesdays normal advertised indoor flower)! These people are showing NO awareness that we are in a major economic depression due to lack of job availability in this Pandemic Covid-19 world of our community. The long lines show we have been supporting you throughout this mess but in return you raise prices on people so your profits get greater ! Unbelievable corporate greed is saturating your Greedy Green Halo that hopefully will come back to your business in the form of Bad Karma!
I’m a cancer patient. I try to order through Leafly so I can just pick up because I’m very sick. They never have their Leafly turned on. I went to the Halo and the line of people wrapped around the building. It was 107 degrees out. There’s no possible way for me to stand in line. I called them and they seem less than interested in my problem. Between the pandemic and my cancer I had to leave without medication. I’m very disappointed in their customer service! Won’t be back...

The flower has completely went to crap, just awful. It used to be so good, but all of these recent 5 star reviews must be shills or extremely low tolerance users.
The prices are high and the quality continues to dwindle. They are honestly one of the worst dispensaries in town. They used to be the best, I've shopped here for years. I do my best to avoid them currently. They price to force you purchase in large quantities, however, if they don't stock adequately they will not allow you to purchase the quantities at same prices. This means you will pay more money for the same quantity depending on how they stock their shelves. Do yourselves a favor and visit the many other dispensaries in town. With the new management they wouldn't even allow me to inspect the bud. COVID review: They have open registers right next to each other, you will stand within 2 feet of another customer while purchasing. They will take their time, there is no glass partitions. They will not enforce the mask wearing policy. At the time of this review COVID has claimed 500k lives.

This place didn’t just go downhill .., they jumped off a cliff! And fast! I just got some “28%” OG-18 today and it’s $#!+ ... I’d return it if I could. This place used to be the best in town, but after 207 passed, their specials and quality went to hell. I’ll still go back if they ever get Chronic Thunder on Tuesday or Friday, but I’m done being sucked in to their exaggerated test results.
I don’t understand why they are unable to accept on line orders in a PANDEMIC HOTSPOT! What a disservice to those who really need medication but can’t stand in a crowd in the sun at 107 degrees.... shame on you

Website is glitchy and company disallows online order of premium flower. Low stock on premium indicas and unless you are unemployed, and can be there when they open, this is not the place for you. Online ordering closed, lunchtime trip yields ninety minute wait. Bud tenders are the best, but management completely unwilling to address known issues. Great bud at great price BUT only when you can get it AND they do nothing to ease that process.
They are extremely unprofessional in regards to online ordering and they don't care about it either. You never know if or when it's going to be turned on for the day.
If this place put as much effort into actually running the dispensary and keeping worthy products on the shelf as they do deleting any review they don’t like on leafly? It could be 1 of the best places in Tucson, instead it’s bottom of the barrel. No Solventless concentrates, Terrible flower, brands I’ve never heard of in my life.. No one wants CRC Io extracts BS. Get some real concentrates please!! And LAST BUT NOT LEAST. Whoever y’all have letting the phone ring non stop 20 times til finally answering and then being RUDE AF when they do answer needs a new job. Sorry you hate your life. I saw about 4 other comments last time about the guy who answers the phone and they have all been deleted now! SHAME.

Always several positive reviews after a few negative...seems suspicious to me!
They offer Express Pickup but make you wait like everyone else. This is the second time I’ve had to sit and wait when I already express ordered and it was confirmed READY FOR PICKUP. I’ll stick with Earths Healing since their Express Pick Up is just that and No waiting. Then to top it off the staff at Green Halo could care less that you had to wait.

Normally this place would get over five stars for me most of the employees as well as managers go above and beyond to help out patients and get them what they need. Today unfortunately was not one of those days and whoever is at the front claiming to be a manager doesn't deserve that type. It took almost 20 phone calls to even have him pick up for the first time. And he proceeded to be very rude about the entire interaction. Coming here once or twice a week and this is the first time I have ever been treated with hostility at this place. I will no longer recommend this to any of my friends as long as David still treats patients the way he does

this used to my favorite. I spent so much money there. firstly the old lady is rude. ALWAYS. no matter what ? and now the lines. I haven't been since I had surgery and haven't been able to be back. I stood in line for 45 minutes with people not wearing masks and smoking.
I guess the Halo forgot their mission. because they sure don't care about the people there for medicine. those that have major disabilities cant wait in those long lines. they charge a premium price. and before it was worth it. But why would I wait, and have someone be super rude, when I can pre-order at earths healing south and walk right in pay and be out in 10 minutes? even my husband going first thing in the morning doesn't work. you've lost 2 customers. and I used to tell people you were the willy Wonka of weed. Sucks. Halo needs to join the 21th century.
Ever since last year this place has been flooded with people acting like patients who get the pot and sell it to their friends. Tuesday is a great example! The line is a mile long and when you see sketched out "patients" taking orders on the phone, you know you aren't getting the meds you need. Plus, the physical menu at the Halo doesn't match up with this site. I look at this menu here on leafly and when I call the Halo they say the menu is outdated and to come in when all I wanted to do is order online, pay for muh shiiit, and GTFO! And being told to disobey my Primary care physician's no mask order makes me suffer on top of this menu not reflecting what's at the dispensary. I've raised this concern with the Halo and still this disconnect is happening. Please improve on these deficiencies.

Halo used to be the best in Tucson by far for extracts they even had Rosin that was great. Now its a desert 🌵 in the extract section.

This used to be my favorite place until recently due to their declining customer service. I placed an order online, which for one, took me hours to even get to opportunity to do so as you never know when online ordering will be turned on. It’ll be on for 5 minutes then off for hours, then when you call they don’t answer and the voicemail says to place an order online. How are we supposed to utilize this option if we only have 5 min windows to do so? I get maybe this is to control traffic coming in at once but there has to be a better way. I finally placed my order and went to go “pick it up”. When I arrived, there was no one waiting outside, I rang the bell, and was told to wait a couple minutes because they were at max capacity. Okay understandable right? 10 minutes goes by and 5 or more customers have walked out at this point. Still, no one told me if I could come in or not. Meanwhile the line is piling up behind me and people were already complaining. After about 20 minutes and they still didn’t notify us, so I rang the bell again and they basically said it would be a minute and then mumbled something else. so all of us continued to wait in the 105 degree heat. Employees were walking in and out and not even making eye contact with people in line. I would’ve at least expected a “sorry” or “thank you for waiting“, but nothing. Finally, we were let inside (not exaggerating, maybe 40-50 min later?) and there was NO ONE inside!!!! Literally not one customer. They explained that they had to do a procedural cleaning and I understand that it’s a thing due to COVID, but making us wait outside with no consideration for their patients well being? I kept my cool, but others were very upset. To be honest this incident has caused me to avoid going there. What’s the point in placing a pickup order if you have to wait in the same line as the rest? They definitely need better organization and a new system for pickup versus walk-ins. They have such good product :(
Very upset with my visit, I referred a friend their, and was told by him from his budtender,I would receive a free 1/8th. When I drove all the way out their to get it, I was told I would have to wait 2 weeks due to backed up paper work? I personally worked in a dispensary during the MJ Free way crash when everything had to be done on paper, everything was done then and then filed away promptly, no excuse!

Where do I start, today 09/22/2020, I called at 9:41 AM, I called for prices and availability on potent planet, as well to see if they have a Leafly open for pre-orders, when I was explaining and asking questions I noticed the lady that was helping me was not in a good mood. We continued our conversation and noticed as well that she would interrupt when I would talk and would talk over me.
She coached me on telling me that sales days Are not Leafly available etc. my remark was “ that sucks because I just want to be able to just go in and out real quick “ as well as I told her I’ve had multiple times where I drive from where I live to the halo, and the product I am looking for just sold out, she didn’t really care about me mentioning that. when I mentioned that comment, she automatically said not to talk to her that Way which caught me off guard because I talk loud and with a Sales man Voice ( because I am a sales man ) she mentioned that to me and I caught it Immediately, so I confronted her about it on the phone and asked her what do you mean how am I being rude or aggressive, she responded with I feel like you are being aggressive and rude “ which is an assumption, And when I tried to confront it got worse and when I was asked if They will have enough to just hang up , she rudely said 90 left and hung up.
When I addressed it to the manager she said she was aware of the situation but haven’t heard the call or did it here or wasn’t there, so when I was explaining the situation the manager kept telling me that the employees are top priority and that they are not to be threatened talked aggressive on or harassed which I agree but I agree with a legit reason and not an assumption and for the manager to tell me that it was a mistake on both ends when I wasn’t doing anything and I was just asking for my information, when I said that to the manager She said it was busy and that the person might’ve been Overwhelmed which I agree but why does that give them a reason to talk to me like that? Also her saying that is giving me the impression that you guys are not customer impressed because she also said it was busy she had orders to take care of than to answer all these questions, like ARE YOU SERIOUS? Then why does on the menus it ask for us to place an order AHREAD OF TIMe if they ain’t even giving us the time in the phone! As well the managers most response was that they can hang up any call whenever they wang if they feel mistreated, but when asking her how if it going to get situated she said she will bring it up in a meeting and That they are able to hang up any call that they feel are bad, mines always not h til she said “ Don’t y’all to me like that, I am taking it as you being rude and aggressive “ there was no threat, no aggression, I was taking a dump on the bathroom while on the call and just woke up , it’s not my nature to call and start problems, sorry no o not this guy! Never going back and for sure passing this experience on.
Ur putting old flower in to bags I know my flower relly good so for to be doing that calling dosi pop don’t do that tonn no people I’m not stupid

I ordered online for the first time. Monday’s a pretty busy day at the Green Halo, and the online order greatly reduced my wait time. Well done, GH!
