Green Pharms Dispensary Mesa (Med/Rec)

I feel like I am going to see a good friend when I come to Green Pharms. There is always someone outside to greet patients. The receptionist/budtender (I think) is friendly and helpful. Even when the lobby is full, they get people moving steadily. I have yet to have a budtender that I haven't liked. They are actually freaking knowledgeable of their products! I have gone in thinking I wanted a particular strain, only to be directed to one that is better suited for what I needed at that time. The flower is in glass jars and you are able to smell it and observe the flower before purchasing. They weight their flower in snap containers. They make sure you get good nugs. I love going on Overweigh Thursdays because they round your 1/8th to 4 grams. Yo... that extra nug matters! Trust me!!! I am in love with this place. I drive many miles and fight rush hour to come here because they are always worth the trip. 😊

This weed is some of the dryest, oldest and not a bit freshness in every flavor. Do you all not know how to care for weed? This makes no sense the quality of your weed is absolutely terrible!!! This dispensary needs some education on weed maintenance. Until then, I am not spending a dime of my money in this place!!!

Greenpharms used to be great, but lately It’s more expensive for the same stuff you can get at another dispo for less. Venom is $20 a gram most everywhere else, but here it’s $27. Save your money, go somewhere else.

if I could give negative stars I would I for this review I made an order an because of this dam curfew they let me in but tell me they wont let me get my order even tho it sent me the recite an everything so thank you for sending a sick man home empty handed even tho someone else was in there paying for there order vary nice to treat costumers like this in time of need just gose to show you what are dispo workers can do for there only reason to be open

It was okay, decent selection. But it was definitely the most awkward experience I've had since getting my card. The lady didn't know much about their product, she was too short to grab what we were looking for and when we brought someone else over to help out, he didn't want to read the labels for me. So it was really hard to see what was available from a distance while I had to lean on a glass table that said no touching just to see what they had. Even some of their product was unmarked so I couldn't tell if it was hybrid, sativa, or indicia. This is only in reference to their MTL product. After we finally got the product, she forgot to tell me the pricing and I had to ask to make sure I had enough. I dunno, so many other places with much better vibes and helpful staff.

I bought a clone for top dollar. The bud tender put it in a paper bag and stapled it shut. This smashed the plant. I immediately removed it from the bag when I got to my vehicle, but it was already smashed and broken. Believing in my garden skills and not wanting the plant to die I rushed it home, potted it and placed it with my other plants hoping it would bounce back. 40 hours later it’s dead. I asked if I could get an exchange and was told I could not because 24hrs had passed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment.

I went to greenpharms right... they dead ass put a whole ass stem in my eighth. Then goes and tells me they weigh it out to 3.6 to make up for the stems. THEN I LOOK AT THE SCALE AND IT WASNT EVEN ZEROED OUT!!!! It was at 0.1 what about this 3.6 for the “stems”

Service sucks

Pickup was a major cluster f@#& but I never have a great experience here. On the upside its close to home.

Great visit, I did pickup through the Leafly site and when I arrived I was walking away with my order in less than 5 min

Looks cool. Incredibly WEAK flower. You'll need to smoke an entire 1/8 to get a buzz. The weakest I've had in 3 years

The fact that they are selling shake for 45 an eighth is reason enough not to come to this place anymore.

This place is garbage. Ive tried multiple times and continue to have the worst experience in this place. Employees are rude and the wait is unreal. Im never coming back, there are plenty of quality locations around.

the trimmer wasn’t happy and it seemed like he had something better to do. There’s a lot of dispensaries in the valley, this ones a NO for me based on service.

Green Pharms no doubt has some of the best product available, but unfortunately undoubtedly has the worst staff I have encountered in the MMJ industry and I will no longer be giving them by business after waiting over 4 hours for a delivery order with absolutely no effort made by the staff to make up for this. Total lack of customer service. Extremely disappointed to have to find a new location to purchase my medicine.

I was sold very old concentrates. It was a bogo but they make it look like a holiday special. I would not have been upset if you told me you were unloading your expired products at a discount. But don’t make me think I’m coming home with some good live resin and the I find out you sold me product that’s 6 mo old!

Very small shop 'front and back' is elbow to elbow. Wear a mask and bring hand sanitizer Good flower and products! just make sure they get your order correct and hand it to the right person. Have had several instances of wrong bag from online order and had to wait for redo and product was gone by then. note: after the second mishap GP tossed in a free pre-roll but I had to ask. thank you for that. Also check the deals because they will not tell you "hey this one is not on DEAL", in same category. It will be that you find out on the way home... it would be nice if you let patients know if something not on deal before they pay and leave. thanks

I like the selection but the customer service is lacking. Most employees seem like they do not want to be there each time I go in, and they make it a bit obvious. Wish their customer service could be better and this would be a good spot.

This is suppose to be a medical marijuana establishment this muffd with my ptsd. It was way to loud and over crowded. just way to much traffic. I felt like I was doing something illegal. and they have a strain called Cherry pie and its clearly not. to any knowledgeable Patient you can tell it was Grandaddy purp. the Meds definitely are not Medical Grade.

Nice, fun staff that helped me find the place late at night. Its tucked in the back and you wouldn't know it was there but feel free to call and they'll guide you right in! $5 pre rolls during happy hour!!! New patient deals WOOT WOOT! Would def go again.😀
