Green Pharms Dispensary Mesa (Med/Rec)

Upon driving up to the location there was a man in the parking lot yelling at me where to park, which was confusing to me because he was just dressed in street clothes yelling at cars. The place was packed and while waiting in line the same man came from outside and was taking cards from patients. This whole time I wasn't aware who this man was, it being my first time in. When I hesitated to hand him my card he said in my ear "better smile or i'll tickle you" and that was my last straw. I left without buying anything and don't plan on coming back. Whoever the employee (I hope) was really creepy. Very very very uncomfortable experience.

Not being able to see the quality of a product is infuriating I just spent 60$ on stems and shake For what was a 10$ tier quarter Feels like they are taking advantage over the fact that consumers aren’t able to see their product before hand

1 star because I’ve been calling for 30+ mins and every time I’m in there I know the front is 100% dead. Went through their whole online ordering and after about 10 mins of filling things out it failed and would not let me order no matter how many times I tried. Keep calling and staying on hold, good luck. If you have at least 1 hour in your day to kill.

Did not even answer the phone on hold 45mins....

They were out of almost everything I wanted on my Leafly order and I had to completely change up my order on top of that, they told me one total through text message and then I get here and the guy tells me it's $30 more because they messed up and didn't charge it the first time. This is happens every time I come here lmao it's so embarrassing I'd hate to be an employee constantly telling people you're out of product. Terrible location, use the gas and go to TruBliss or Health for Life, stop coming to this God awful dispensary.

Location shorts flower order be aware. They take forever with orders. Don’t visit or purchase

Horrible Service, should get some McDonalds teenagers to teach you guys how to take orders and get it right!

I am really disappointed in the quailty of the flower. I bought a quarter of red dragon and it had 32 seeds in it.

I feel like I am going to see a good friend when I come to Green Pharms. There is always someone outside to greet patients. The receptionist/budtender (I think) is friendly and helpful. Even when the lobby is full, they get people moving steadily. I have yet to have a budtender that I haven't liked. They are actually freaking knowledgeable of their products! I have gone in thinking I wanted a particular strain, only to be directed to one that is better suited for what I needed at that time. The flower is in glass jars and you are able to smell it and observe the flower before purchasing. They weight their flower in snap containers. They make sure you get good nugs. I love going on Overweigh Thursdays because they round your 1/8th to 4 grams. Yo... that extra nug matters! Trust me!!! I am in love with this place. I drive many miles and fight rush hour to come here because they are always worth the trip. 😊

Well I loved this dispensary BUT THEY ARE NOT DOING ANYMORE DAILY SPECIALS. Every one is hurting with current events and they stop daily specials. I won’t go back. Every little bit helps, what a shame. Thanks for nothing

I went to greenpharms right... they dead ass put a whole ass stem in my eighth. Then goes and tells me they weigh it out to 3.6 to make up for the stems. THEN I LOOK AT THE SCALE AND IT WASNT EVEN ZEROED OUT!!!! It was at 0.1 what about this 3.6 for the “stems”

The thing I don’t like about pre order is that the leafly menu all strains need to be marked indica/sativa/hybrid with % ratio for hybrid for example 70/30 sativa dominate please start doing this dispensary’s you guys have a printing press of cash 💵 it’s the least you can do and also thc% for every strain

First time in not impressed. Three people who came in after me who had phone/online orders decided to change their order and wanted to go in the back and shop. They took them in front of me. I don’t think you should be able to change your order once you get in store and if you do you should have to wait your turn I had already waited 30 minutes. Everything just takes a long time all of the stuff they have to put in the computer when you’re in the back took a really long time. I was not impressed with the quality of the products I purchased either beware they’re cleaning house right now the stuff has not been stored properly dry flower improperly stored concentrates Definitely thought GREENPHARMS had better quality. Something that should’ve took 30 minutes took 1 hour and 15 minutes.

I bought a clone for top dollar. The bud tender put it in a paper bag and stapled it shut. This smashed the plant. I immediately removed it from the bag when I got to my vehicle, but it was already smashed and broken. Believing in my garden skills and not wanting the plant to die I rushed it home, potted it and placed it with my other plants hoping it would bounce back. 40 hours later it’s dead. I asked if I could get an exchange and was told I could not because 24hrs had passed. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this establishment.

Every time I have been here I have been disappointed in the bud quality. Will not be coming back for quite sometime. I try to look at reviews to see if it might be looking better but alot of these reviews are pretty sus so yeah...

I came back to see if my review was still posted. It has been deleted. So I will post again. Last Friday, at 4pm I put in an order for delivery. By 430 I hadn't received a call or text about my order so I called, there was no answer for delivery so I called the pickup. The guy on phone didn't know what was going on with delivery so he put on a supervisor Lauren. Lauren stated that delivery was closed because there weren't enough drivers to deliver. I asked why they didn't let me know, she said they did as a pickup. I advised her that I don't have transportation and disabled so I couldn't pick up. I had asked if they were trying to hire more people and she says yes but "people would rather collect unemployment than working." I was appalled by her comments, that I had to share. Seeing that my comment was deleted and her trumpian thought process I won't shop here anymore.

If you know anything about good meds, You will know that this place is on the level of Swell & Desert Rose. If you havnt been to Swell or Desert Rose then you need to go and then you will know that these 3 places are the only place to get your meds. Guys and Gals I have to give it to you,....you are truly a great place with quality meds. I picked up on the BOGO 1st time patient deal -1/4 Deathstar Querkle and 1/4 Strawberry fields I couldn't be happier! DO NOT CHANGE ANYTHING ABOUT QUALITY, MAYBE EVEN CURE A DAY LESS TO PRESERVE THEM TERPS! All in all a Fantastic place and ULTRA QUALITY!

This weed is some of the dryest, oldest and not a bit freshness in every flavor. Do you all not know how to care for weed? This makes no sense the quality of your weed is absolutely terrible!!! This dispensary needs some education on weed maintenance. Until then, I am not spending a dime of my money in this place!!!

if I could give negative stars I would I for this review I made an order an because of this dam curfew they let me in but tell me they wont let me get my order even tho it sent me the recite an everything so thank you for sending a sick man home empty handed even tho someone else was in there paying for there order vary nice to treat costumers like this in time of need just gose to show you what are dispo workers can do for there only reason to be open

I am super upset with the quality of the customer service and experience at Green Pharms Mesa! I have been a med patient for going on 5 years. I moved 2 hours away and was told the last time I drove down for my allotment that I should order ahead on leafly to make sure it is still in stock when I get there. Today I go on the website for the first time in quite a while and see that they have exactly what I always get, Clementine flower, and that it is 50% off. I decide to order my entire allotment and I called to see if it could be delivered and still get the sale price and they tell me that the 50% off is ONLY on concentrates. As you all can see it clearly states that I am ordering flower. Then I am told it’s a typo and they won’t honor it. I am completely done with this place! Last time I came down here they gave me my allotment in shatter that was old and had already turned to sugar. I of course didn’t open it until I was 2 hrs away as I ride with it in the trunk unopened per AZ law. I spent hundreds of dollars on it! A supervisor did make it right to keep my business. So I decide to try it again and this is now their new normal standards of customer service! Even if they put it IN WRITING ON THE WEBSITE THEY TELL YOU TO ORDER FROM THEY WILL REFUSE TO HONOR IT AND THEN SAY IT IS YOUR FAULT FOR DRIVING 2 HOURS TO GET THERE AND BE TOLD “OOPS! SORRY ‘BOUT YA!” N-O-P-E Green Pharms!! You will no longer be a place I will recommend or spend my money with! If you CHOOSE to NOT HONOR YOUR OWN SALES ADS THEN I WILL MAKE SURE MY FRIENDS, FAMILY, and FELLOW MED PATIENTS KNOW THE TYPE OF BUSINESS YOU HAVE BECOME! Worst dispensary ever if anything can go wrong it will there I promise you !! Only been there once and never going back plus their deals are hardly ever worth it !!!!

If you are not experienced with bubble hash like myself DONT expect the pictures on leafly to look like the bubble hash. It looks like some batter you can dab by the pictures but when you get it you will see it looks nothing like the pictures and you can't dab it. Dont waste your $50 like I did just go buy some keif for $10 a Gram
