Placed my order over an hour before closing time, waited outside for over 20 minutes while they confirmed everything. Asked them why my order was taking longer than expected and they said they cancelled the order (never contacted me to tell me) and asked to see my phone, as soon as I pulled my phone out I got a text saying my order went through and was being prepared. The man said it doesn’t matter what the text says your order got cancelled and you’ll have to try again tomorrow. So even though they confirmed my order through leafly they made me show up to tell me they cancelled it, all while they’re still open. Left with no meds. If you guys are going to be sticking to leafly orders you guys should keep it updated so you’re not having customers show up to tell them they can’t get the meds they ordered and now they’re going without meds for the night.
While I will find out today if the "right" to correct the wrong done me yesterday was actually added to my "account", I still feel compelled to share my experience as I feel it has a LOT to do with how some dispensaries are "going downhill" as a result in the change in which medical patients are now treated.
I went for the "early bird" special yesterday. I am disabled and money is tight, so I try to always get the 50% off pre-rolls. I sometimes buy the limit of 3, but since stock has been low since COVID, I sometimes only will buy 2. Yesterday, I was told there was only 1 kind of pre-roll and so I ordered just 2, plus 2 grams of the cheapest flower I could find (it turned out to be worse looking than the ditch weed I used to buy in the hood in Chicago back in the day). I didn't notice I was paying full price for the pre-rolls until I drove all the way home (and I live WAAAAAAY East of Mesa).
I called and Crystal told me I didn't inform her I wanted the "deal" and I asked if I could come and be refunded or have my account credited with the $10 I was overcharged. She said she would have to clear it with her manager Guillermo.
Guillermo was hostile from the beginning and told me I HAD to buy 3 pre-rolls for the "deal". I explained I had never been told this and had, in fact, bought only 2 in the past and still gotten the half off deal. I was told I did NOT do this, (he claimed to be looking at my account), and that it was MY responsibility to let the front desk know I wanted the deal. Wait, WHAT? I now have to ASK to get the deal? I guess a person would just CHOSE to pay full price when they could get something HALF OFF?
When I protested, Guillermo proceeded to tell me to shut up or he wouldn't help me at ALL!

When I drove all the way back to pick up the one joint I was given to make up for 5 of the 10 bucks I was owed, I asked Crystal where I might find the policy for the early bird in writing since I could not find it online nor anywhere in the front waiting area.
She told me "I just work the front desk".
I called around and then spoke to Danny who told me I was right, that the early bird had NO minimum and that he would make things right for me through my account. This is the ONLY reason I am going back, but I still have that bad taste in my mouth of a man who is probably younger than my own son, telling me to SHUT UP.
I have found other dispensaries that have changed and become almost hostile since the beginning of recreational. I have also found others that continue to treat their patients as PATIENTS (with respect and understanding).
I got my medical card (as others do) because I am DISABLED with seizures and other medical problems. The LAST thing I need is to be treated like I am worthless and told to SHUT UP.

Due to increased demand your company is no longer offering the same daily specials every other dispensary does because you are getting your profit anyway? Wow... can’t wait till you’re bought out AGAIN. Solid business practice.

Complete scams! One of the only dispensaries that keeps your change if you don’t have the exact amount. As if e don’t already pay enough. And on top of it all I got more sticks than bud😡
Absolutely horrible they filled the wrong strain they say it’s because they were out so they gave me another strain without telling me because they ran out of the one I ordered all it takes is one text to say your out I never would’ve got it if they Told me they were out of the one I ordered how do you just switch to something else cobalt Haze is nothing like strawberry cough And they won’t even do anything to make up for their mistake I have to keep the nasty shit which I won’t smoke and they won’t even give me a credit or anything that’s how you do your patients

Very exciting! The atmosphere is on point! They wouldn’t post my complaints! So I’m being super nice...so I can tell everyone! That this place gets u in the first time “smooze” i like to call it. I bought an ounce and received CBD leaning way way more! This place is a bust long story short. Thanks for looking out for ur medical patients! Not! ✌🏽

It’s a shame that I feel this way, because it used to be my favorite store.
However, they pulled all their regular deal days as soon as recreational was legalized (they did the same thing during covid to increase their profits when others were financially struggling) and they have no savings for money or time for their long-time med patients.
Waits are way longer now and no deal days. When other stores still offer their same patient deal days, and have a separate line for med patients so the wait isn’t long as hell.... so, now I drive out of my way to go to another store as often as I can and still save money and time than if I go here.
I hope they make it right for their customers soon, because I do like their employees.

Why ever have specials if not now...horrible service.....
Normally I have nothing but good things to say about Green Pharms, but today not so much. The quality of my order was great but the budtender who was handling the curbside pick up orders was quite rude. He raised his voice at me because I was standing too far back( really I’m not trying to get sick) when it was my turn to get my order I handed him my money, took my bag said thank you and walked away as he counted my money seeing that there was no tip he sarcastically said “thanks for that”. Sorry bud, I am out of work and don’t have a bunch of extra cash laying around to tip on my medicine...
I understand these are trying times for all of us but let’s try to show some kindness to one another rather than throwing attitude for no apparent reason

The people that work there are rude, do not answer your questions, would not give change back, placed a Order that took them an hour to not even fill, told me my order had been canceled wouldn't give me reasons why I would not spend my hard earned money here if I were you.

Ever since Rec was passed medical patients have been hit hard imo. I use to be able to get what I like and need from Greenpharms now I can't even get a 8th of what I like. Its a bummer I loved this place but now I will have to find a place that will put their medical patients first over rec.

don't see why you don't leave the deals for medical patients like alot of other dispensaries are doing. The medical program is what got you to where you are. don't try and push it to the side like other states. keep the medical program the way it is. we are not rich!

Bad attitude communication on the phone with deaf customer I was asked about first time patient to get free “buy two eight and 2 eight for free from Leafly app. I did went to store can’t go in the store stand by outside with small tent, everyone wear the mask I couldn’t read people lip and I can’t hear, they wrote on paper have to order online but I don’t see anything website to order or order on the phone I can’t call I’m deaf. they did gave me a business card, and they did ask me to order I told two things for flowers they don’t give me free stuff just regular price to pay with first time patient the reason I have to call, for plan to order and I explained my situation somehow got stink attitude to me WTF!
I will never shop there again they gave me the run-around they wanted exact change so I brought exact change they said they would give a free gift they never did and then they wanted another $20. I know we're going through this virus but they make you feel like cattle.
Crumbs for flower, it's just their leftovers, and should just be honestly sold as the shake that it is.
This place was one of my go to spots for the fire! I understand the Virus and what not, but there going over board lately no respect to Customers... Won't be back .

The staff needs a seminar on Customer Service, this staff will argue always when explaining any mistake made on their part. Maria was extremely rude, I asked that she please give her employer feedback for me, I was cut off while speaking, several times. I was also hung up on. I will be sure to share my experience with my FB circle, regarding the nasty attitude of the staff here.

Never ordering from y'all again when your driver holds my order hostage and tells me he has NO change when right before I hit "confirm order" it states that the drivers carry change but never more than $50.
First and Last time patient, and I'll make sure to let anyone else in my circle know to steer clear of GreenPharms in general.

They have gotten rid of all their deals , making their already overpriced items more overpriced. You can get a gram of venom for $20 at the 4 other dispensaries in a 5-15 minute radius instead of paying $27 here. Not to mention but their costumer service is terrible , if they’re not busy ignoring you , when they do respond they’re so rude !!! Do yourself , and your wallet a favor and drive 5 minutes down power road to tru bliss !

This was my first ever visit as a new patient to a dispensary and Matthew my personal budtender made that experience excellent! I might add they have daily specials and one heck of a deal for first time new patients!!! I was a little nervous going in and he was so helpful and friendly with helping me make selections that would help with my knee arthritis pain! What a selection!! Topical creams to edibles to the most beautiful flowers I've seen! I felt very knowledgeable and excited leaving with my own personal backpack of goodies! This location was full of very friendly people and the dispensary was bright, clean and an overall cheery feeling! Thanks for welcoming me with care....I am proud to say I'm a Green Pfarmer happy camper! Say goodbye to 12 Ibuprofen a day and prescription pain medication!
