Curaleaf - Deerfield

Was my first time there and representative didn’t know much on what days medical or seniors get discounts and also doesn’t say on dispensary website. Not quite as polished a place as Zen in Highland Park or Rise in Mundeline

Fast great service!

This dispensary is the best way to go. Upon arrival, I am always greeted with respect and kindness. It only gets better from there! The common space and consultation area has a modern atmosphere with a relaxed home feeling. They have to have one of the coolest interior architecture designs for a dispensary. A true experience!!!!

Friendly staff who really try to make curbside service friendly. They are informative and happy to help you find what you want.

They were knowledgable and compassionate. Very organized and clean, spaced out, so I felt safe. Also, staff is fully masked. Very nice on the phone beforehand also. I have made them my dispensary, even though they are farther.

I would like to see more options/growers of Sativa strains - particularly in the flowers. Overall, I think GH works to offer customer support and resolutions when necessary.

always an upbeat and happy Atmosphere

We had Crystal for our bud tender for the 2nd time last week, and she remembered our names - even as we were masked up! Phenomenal service and a great attitude - I hope she takes care of us when we go again. Best selection of flower, gummies and RSO oil.

The employees are trained well. The women are all easy on the eyes. The men are very nice but look like I did after 5 days and 4 Grateful Dead shows and a sack of mushrooms back in the day at Alpine Valley.

The people at Greenhouse were so sweet. Everyone there was super accommodative, social, and willing to help me find the strains that I need. I loved it there the first time, the deals are absolutely amazing, they have a really good system so you have very little to fear regarding COVID-19, and I highly recommend going there again! I definitely am going sometime soon after the first few times I've been there because it's been a great experience.

I've been a med card holder for a few years now and reside on the border of the lake and cook county borders. Greenhouse is my go to medical dispensary. I REALLY like the large variety of tips (vape cartridges) that they offer. I especially appreciate the option to have several brands to select from; Not just 2 or 3.

Greenhouse is great, and in particular the Deerfield location always has Incredibly helpful, and empathic staff. They’re always very knowledgeable, and have been so helpful and directing me towards what is most helpful for my needs and managing pain.

Great selection of products. Very knowledgeable bud tenders. I really liked the curbside service in the height of the pandemic. Now I go in and feel very safe. The place is always clean and they follow all covid guidelines.

I have never had any problems here. Everybody is always very friendly and helpful. They have a very good selection of products as well. Highly recommend them!

I went in Saturday at 5 ish needed help doing paperwork for med card. Clerk said it would take to long so I asked if I could hang by back desk and try to figure out until they are not busy (wanted to finish to get card for $75) finished on my own today and paid $105 took total of 30/45 minutes tops. First time I went to Deerfield I liked it. I shop Skokie (not medical) am now approved for medical but not sure I want to come back to you. Kind of dissapointed it was a long drive as well.

Before COVID, I loved going into the store and having the chance to look around before being called in. Once you got inside to order, staff was lovely and helpful. Always a pleasure! Due to COVID, Greenhouse has been offering curbside pick up. It is an outstanding process and beyond easy. They do a wonderful job. Thank you for all that you do!
