Curaleaf - Deerfield

This place is by far the worst place I have been to. I have been to many other Medical & Recreational dispensaries (even other Greenhouses locations). First time customer. My nectar collector broke so I saw Deerfield had them in-stock so I called to see if the collector was 10mm & if it would work with a 10mm titanium tip. Worker confirmed over the phone about 10mm & it came with new titanium tip. Placed order & went to dispensary (30 min away). Dispensary was incredibly hard to find (located in back side lot of large business center) & still curbside pickup only due to Covid-19, when all other places (even other Greenhouse locations) are allowing walk-ins for the last several months? Pickup item from curbside worker. Item ended up being a glass nectar collector that was not 10mm and no titanium tip. Voiced my complaint with curbside worker & told them about my original phone conversation. Curbside worker said I order correctly and that I would need to buy a "10mm" tip for $27 and that would solve my issue. I told the curbside worker that I had a 10mm tip from the previous nectar collector and I drove home. When I got home, guess what? The 10mm titanium tip didn't not fit the glass piece because the glass piece is not 10mm. What a waste of time (over 90 min) & money! I even originally gave the curbside worker $1 & change tip when I received my order. Also, the security officer creeps directly next to your car & give you weird looks when you arrive. I'm a CEO of a company and I would never operate my company like this. Very unprofessional. First & last time I will ever buy from Deerfield location.

Fantastic! The whole team has worked with me a lot, especially Jessica, the general manager. I'm a very challenging patient to help, due to my extreme sensitivities. They've been so accommodating and talk through things whenever I've needed. I'm so grateful they're my dispensary!

This dispensary goes above and beyond the call of medical needs; they go out of their way to help in healing through more than just cannabis. Meditation, massages, group activites, and a staff that you can tell really cares about what impact they're having on you as a patient. Understanding would be a word I would use to describe them. The place itself resembles a spa, a big open space with comfortable seating and reading material related to cannabis. It hardly resembles what you may think of when it comes to a medical facility (and thats a good thing.) The selection is -growing- and the staff is knowledgeable and also curious as to the opinions of their patients. I highly (my bad im a little green with my puns) recommend checking this place out. If youre still somewhere with less than desireable services, choices, or any other reason please do yourself a solid and stop by.

Very modern/upscale location with a very down to earth helpful staff that really make you feel like a friend. They never make you feel rushed and are always trying to help.

The greenhouse Deerfield location is filled with staff members that truly care and truly take note of who you are and customized to each person that walks through the door. Cody and Nick have been by my side consistently since I got my card and I suffer from chronic pain and nausea around the clock; and through genuine interest to see me he’l Cody and Nick have been by my side consistently since I got my card and I suffer from chronic pain and nausea around-the-clock; and through genuine interest to see me heal, or even just improve my quality of life, I have been able to identify specific strains, types of products, doses, best times of day – all of these things to add up to relief that I was not getting from pharmaceuticals/traditional medicine world. It’s not just the products but the people at this location – if you open up to them,& work with them the way you are supposed to, you will absolutely find improvement/relief! I cannot recommend this location more – they are warm people that you can be yourself with and focus strictly on healing !

I’m not even frustrated, but I would like to warn consumers looking for legitimate business to stay clear from this location. The person who helped me was a purple haired somewhat older woman. She started yelling at me and telling me she didn’t have the patience to deal with me when I kindly asked her how much each item was. After that she started throwing my medicine on the floor. I couldn’t believe my eyes. She went and grabbed the manager explaining to him that she couldn’t take it anymore since I wanted to know what the harvest date on one of their products was. When she showed me and it was too old for my liking she put her head down and started moving it in many different directions. When I respectfully explained the issue to the manager at Curaleaf in Deerfield since she grabbed him claiming “she couldn’t answer another question” he said that I shouldn’t have removed an item and I had enough available information on the menu and that I shouldn’t be asking the questions about the products/medicine I’m buying. I will never go back here again and I recommend to anyone looking for legitimate business to stay away from this location. When I was deciding which items I wanted the tender said “I’m sorry sir but I don’t have the patience to deal with you and you need to make a decision”. I now see her outside shouting at another security card exclaiming how ridiculous it was that I needed the information on the product. She is shouting explicative swear words to describe me as a customer. Lastly, but sadly not at least the manager was dishonest about applying the 10$ birthday coupon and I was given no discount when he promised otherwise.

Great place and people. Everyone is friendly and knowledge. I have been to 3 others and this by far exceeds expectations. I highly recommend this dispensary. You never feel like your rushed and all questions are treated as important. Nothing is too trivial. There all also lots of opportunities to learn such as coffee sessions. Greenhouse is good for mind body and soul! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This place is ridiculous. first off, when you pull up they tell you to do online ordering when the stuff is only available for pick up in store, so there is no way to online order it. then when you try to pick out what you want they literally tell you that they have it and then they come back and tell you they are out. the employees are not listening to the guests at all. they're literally just typing in any order. I asked for an eighth of wax and the employee assumes that I would be okay with only a gram because they don't sell eighths but they did not inform me if this until checkout. So basically they have no inventory for a good price and the service is completely unprofessional. Horrible first time experience.

Online it is listed as recreational. I called multiple times and couldn’t get an answer, so I drove all the way there and was told it was medical only

This is literally THE BEST medical dispensary in Illinois. Been a patient for 3 years, I’ll never switch dispensaries.
