Knowledgeable and friendly staff that are very helpful whenever I have questions. They make you feel comfortable and never make it seem like your question is a dumb one. So far the quality of the products I have purchased have been great with no complaints. I was a bit hesitant in choosing this over a dispensary that was a bit closer to my house, but I’m super happy with my decision. A+ atmosphere, A+ staff, A+ Selection

If you visit Northbrook make sure to ask for Esteban. Very knowledgeable gave me some strong flower. He helped me pick a way better flower, put me up on some game and was very respectful. For sure has Manger qualities. Also met David and Mikaela both gave me the best customer service you could ask for, chill knowledgeable vibes they even threw in extra goodies. I usually go to Skokie Greenhouse so my Firstime at Northbrook exceded my expectation.

Was my first time there and representative didn’t know much on what days medical or seniors get discounts and also doesn’t say on dispensary website. Not quite as polished a place as Zen in Highland Park or Rise in Mundeline

I am a medical patient and was charged tax, is that right? Please advise. I dont know how soon I can make it over there to ask.

I purchased a 1 g select essentials pineapple express started using it and it started leaking out of the tip and I called to ask them what we could do about it and the girl said since I didn’t have my original receipt even though I am on file there that I’d have to email And wait to hear back from somebody worse experience worse Customer Service I will never buy from them again buyer beware!!!

We had Crystal for our bud tender for the 2nd time last week, and she remembered our names - even as we were masked up! Phenomenal service and a great attitude - I hope she takes care of us when we go again. Best selection of flower, gummies and RSO oil.

This dispensary is the best way to go. Upon arrival, I am always greeted with respect and kindness. It only gets better from there! The common space and consultation area has a modern atmosphere with a relaxed home feeling. They have to have one of the coolest interior architecture designs for a dispensary. A true experience!!!!

I have been coming to GGH Deerfield for a few years now and I love it! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, they have great product and selection, good prices, good deals. The dispensary itself is really nice, upscale, stylish and comfortable. Definitely would HIGHLY recommend ;)

The people at Greenhouse were so sweet. Everyone there was super accommodative, social, and willing to help me find the strains that I need. I loved it there the first time, the deals are absolutely amazing, they have a really good system so you have very little to fear regarding COVID-19, and I highly recommend going there again! I definitely am going sometime soon after the first few times I've been there because it's been a great experience.
