Every person I have talked to has been amazing and incredibly helpful. I'm newer to using medical marijuana so I often have a lot of questions and they are always happy to answer any and all of them! Also their Cajun Goldfish are AMAZING and everyone should try them.

So great! Every order I make, the product arrives right at my door step so so quickly! Packaging is amazing (flower always comes in little glass jars!). The runners are always well trained and very nice.

I had the pleasure of working with Lei today when placing an order. There was some technical difficulties I was experiencing and she was able resolve them very quickly. Very professional!

I ordered a few CBD products on 12/17/19. I had a typo in my phone #, which customer service person Priscilla contacted me about & we fixed so they could request payment via the Vault app. I paid, & then proceeded to wait at home that night & the following day with zero contact. I reached out again, & to make a very long story short, over the course of the next few days they repeatedly “lost” my order & implied that it was my fault the delivery (which they finally attempted 12/22/19 at 10:00pm) didn’t occur because of the incorrect phone number, which was, if you recall, corrected the very day I placed the order. I finally asked to have the order cancelled & refunded, which Mayzee confirmed would happen. It never happened. On 1/4/2020, they finally responded to me & said I had never been charged for the order because it was canceled. I sent them a screenshot of my payment through the Vault app. They said they “found” it & would send it to the “higher ups”. Still no refund. Truly awful.

I loved the fact that they delivered! My boyfriend and I were celebrating our anniversary and we had left the house already and we were able to meet up in a nearby place the people are very friendly and very informative they had amazing deals and amazing personalities

Ganja Runner is great, very high quality bud. Pricing is a little on the high side, but like i said the quality is tops.

Fantastic service! I'm new to marijuana delivery and even just new to having a mmj card. I always have a little trepidation going into dispensaries, as I've had mixed experiences. Whelp, my first time ordering pot online for delivery also had me a little nervous. Luckily, they had a tech in chat with me talking me through each step of my sign up and order (which by the way was far more painless than I thought it'd be) and before I new it there was a dude at my door step with bag full of awesome... some of which I hadn't even ordered! I've received other first time gifts from dispensaries before but GanjaRunner's takes the cake. Everything on point. I'll be ordering again, I suggest you do the same.

Best Costumer Service I have ever had, they are very helpful in answering all of my questions regarding the menu. Been using this service for about a year. Overall I've been happy, but things have gone downhill a bit lately. Have ordered several strains that ended up having THC profiles that were SIGNIFICANTLY lower than advertised. Used to have better drivers as well. Not sure what the issue is, but taking a couple stars off my previous review.
