Ganjarunner used to be great, with emphasis on USED TO BE! Their inventory has sucked for weeks now. And today I discover their customer service sucks as well. Their new system to pay with credit cards called The Vault automatically included a tip to the driver which I didn't see before I hit Accept. I called and was basically told too bad. She kept repeating that the app did not put the charge there, which it did. They could have overdrawn my account doing that. The old Ganjarunner would have given me a credit on my next order at the very least. The driver was unfriendly and not helpful and not on the requested delivery window. I would not have tipped her. So not only did I lose $2.50 paying with Vault now I'm out a tip as well. I guess they're doing so well they don't need to worry about lost business cuz I'm out. They're not the only dispensary in town.

I've experienced many dispensaries and delivery services. However, ganjarunner has earned my business hands down. Unlike other experiences, they have been professional, knowledgeable and have communicated each delivery perfectly; Definitely the best medicinal marijuana delivery for me. Sign up was easy at www.ganjarunner.com and I have already earned $40 bucks in discounts with their loyalty rewards plan. So, not only are their prices already extremely fair, additional discounts are made available. Nice! And their cannabis strains and marijuana products have been very high quality. I am not a fan visiting dispensaries due to the stressful environment and traffic. Keep up the wonderful work ganjarunner. And thank you.

I love Ganjarunner. They always send me great extra promos on top of their amazing specials. Delivery is always on time & discreet. That's a big deal to me b/c I live in an affluent gated community. No bumping music or fast driving (our speed limit is a low 15mph), which is rare. Even our UPS/FedEx guys don't live up to the GR drivers! Communication is phenomenal. I always get all my questions answered thoroughly on the chat of their website. & when they can't do something, they make up for it with a discount code. They really take care of repeat customers. Very quick i was amazed..

I've been using GanjaRunner for little over a month. So far they've far exceeded my expectations for a delivery service. Their marketplace is stocked with quality goods and it's a breeze to navigate through. All of their couriers have been class acts as well. I highly recommend giving them a try. Fast friendly staff... severe ongoing back and knee pain patient, recently transitioned to Vape Oil, since being a avid smoker for years , this was a relief and simple transition .. good selection of top shelf Meds, and fast friendly service.

What can I say about this shop. Really what can I say about myself that I haven't given this place a 5star review yet. I am a loyal customer of this delivery service. Why? Because the customer service far exceeds all else. It is super convenient and they ALWAYS have the best selection of flowers, concentrates and edibles. And say you are a first time user to the site and you have questions or you don't know what bud to buy or want an opinion on which item is best. They have a online chat feature so you can get the assistance RIGHT on the spot. Hows that for customer support! :-) It's a 40 donation minimum which you can get a decent 8th but it becomes pricey because of delivery charges. So it BEHOOVES you to get a couple 8ths and some wax because then its free. And you figure you'd probably spend about 60 or 70 anyway on that alone and at least with them you KNOW it'll be dank. Try em out!

Ganjarunner has been sold. It is horrible now. No stock for weeks. Their new “vault” payment app is horrible; had illegal charges after using it. No response from customer service. Now using another company.

Super easy to sign up, fast verification, and great selection! New customer so I haven't received my order yet but they have all my fav edibles for pretty reasonable prices...considering it's free next day shipping and I don't even have to wait around at home for my order? I hate writing reviews, mainly because i'm lazy. But these guys are sooooo good at what they do i feel i owe it to them and others. Chris, James, and everyone else with ganjarunner have such an amazing selection of herb and edibles - especially strong edibles which have become harder and harder to find in shops. The delivery is always quick and on time - 30 minutes actually means 30 minutes with these guys. I used to waste my time (and fuel) by driving to a shop and hoping they'll have what i want. With ganjarunner, it's all available online so i know ahead of time. The cajun flavored goldfish have become my nightly dinner. Soooo tasty!
