Very enjoyable and informative. I surely would recommend this dispensary. It's like the west coast atmosphere without the stigma of a medical office so yea very relaxing and invigerating. I felt I could sit down in privacy when ever I need to ask any question about the prices or the rewards program. Or any other concerns . that I had. I never seen at the other dispensary I went to for a few years. They have a rewards program and discounts for Vets, senior citizens etc. So yes I'm excited to go back and get more points towards my rewards. Just kind of nice I also got ten dollars off my first purchase. So Thank you all Fine Fettlers for making my dispensary change smooth as can be. It took two days and I got a call saying I could come in to complete the change of dispensary intake . It took 20 minutes or so and I was their newest patient. Thanks again Fine Fettlers

As a first time patient of Fine Fettle Dispensary I wasn’t too sure what to expect. But the staff was super friendly and had no problem answering my endless amount of questions. Despite my feeling of restlessness and lack of appetite I was optimistic that my life would slowly get better! Thanks to you guys I’ve actually gained an extra 3 hours to my sleeping schedule.

I transferred to Fine Fettle in Newington when they first opened (1st official transfer patient on the books!) back in October with a heavy heart having really enjoyed my experiences at my previous dispensary, however the staff over at Fine Fettle has absolutely blown away all of my expectations with their outstanding customer service, great rewards program, prime location with plenty of parking and just overall excellence in the manner in which they operate in every way. I’m proud to be a member of the #FINEFETTLEFAM and would like to give a special shoutout to Ben, Dennis and Eric for always going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure I always receive the same level of excellent service each and every time. They have a great wide-ranging product selection, along with convenient online ordering that is fulfilled super fast all while you receive status updates. This is the best medical marijuana dispensary in the state of Connecticut hands down!!

Big selection always in stock. Online ordering required and hours suck but think that's more of a Connecticut thing.

Amazing facility that goes above and beyond for their patients. From the first day I got accepted Kyle walked me through the process and got me ready to come in same day which was awesome. When I came down I was new to the entire process and a bit awkward but Sarah Joe was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. After showing my medical card and identification I walked through the door and was greeted by Matthew who took the time to answer my noob questions and made the process extremely easy and inviting. So glad I made the switch. Jessica is so knowlegable, finally a budtender who knows what I'm saying, as we're the other staff very sharp and on point. Dont have to wait outside in lines in the cold place has a great atmosphere...they have a sweet ass chrisstmas tree, just pleasant!!!👍👍
