Best staff always helpful with recommendations . It is overwhelming learning the difference between strains and product types !! It is always nice to get educational info too ! It hasn’t failed they always ask how your doing make you feel part of the community . very pleasant experience every single time and sometimes that could be 3-5 times week depending on the week. Clean professional beautiful place .

Nothing but positive vibes. The staff are all awesome. I was going to the other dispensary in Hartford prior this place opening up and I will tell you, it’s a whole other world going to Fine Fettle. I am there on average for only 5 minutes, in and out unlike the other place in Hartford. There’s a lot of convenient parking available. This dispensary will make you feel like you are in Cali, not a clinic!! There are awesome rewards offered all of the time, which makes the experience fun and gives my wallet a break. If you are looking for an authentic Cali like experience with the best staff a dispensary can possibly have along with paying the lowest prices possible and getting the fastest service possible, Fine Fettle is hands down the place you need to go to for your preferred dispensary for those who are starting new or switching from another dispensary.

I came in first thing at 9 am as a first time patient. I was greeted by the staff and assisted with registration paperwork almost immediately. The pharmacist was incredibly friendly and helpful, taking the time to introduce products and services. Between the first time discount and free Theraplant swag, I am very glad I chose this dispensary!

Outstanding Team!! I transferred to the #FineFettleFam earlier this month and I can't believe I didn't do so sooner! Amazing facility that goes above and beyond for their patients. From the first day I got accepted Kyle walked me through the process and got me ready to come in same day which was awesome. When I came down I was new to the entire process and a bit awkward but Sarah Joe was extremely helpful and made me feel very welcome. After showing my medical card and identification I walked through the door and was greeted by Matthew who took the time to answer my noob questions and made the process extremely easy and inviting. Great team here in Newington! I’ve been going here for about 6 months now. These guys are friendly, knowledgeable and willing to lend their expertise and help find the right strain for you! They also have a great rewards program. You acquire points for every dollar you spend and they regularly send out coupons. So awesome!
