Fine Fettle should be the model for all dispensaries. It is clean, professional and welcoming. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and take their time to get to know your needs.

I switched from healing corner and I'm very happy with the switch. The staff is super helpful and knowledgeable. Very clean respectful staff.

Came by to check it out. Rewards program is awesome. Space is super open and cool. Transferred on the spot. Easiest decision.

I was a Fine Fettle patient in Willimantic, as I loved the people, atmosphere (that West Coast vibes vs doctor's office feel), prices, and rewards program, but am closer to the Newington location. I was happy to see that the vibe here is the same as it is in Willimantic. The place is HUGE, super chill, love the staff and think the terpene station was a nice touch. I definitely recommend this place. It was initially a little hard to find, but if you look for the urgent care building past Wendy's near the vet, it's down in the back of that building.

First time visiting this dispensary. They made the entire process easy and welcoming. The workers are really knowledgeable and most are card carriers who can give actual experiences using the products. I would highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed!

Best dispensary in CT, I recently switched dispensaries from arrow alternative in Hartford to fine fettle they are informative friendly and really make you feel welcome. I recommend fine fettle to everyone, they have a reward system that im really excited about.

Absolutely amazing experience - the facilities are beyond amazing, customer service is almost too good to be true, and the parking lot is a huge and never overcrowded. I met with Dennis So - the pharmacy manager and he was as professional and knowledgeable as it comes. They have a rewards program but best of all they will special order for you - no hassle or feeling like you're a burden. I've been dealing with sick kids and they've gone out of their way to accommodate me in every way possible. I recommend switching to FF if you're on the fence - you won't regret it! What a medical experience should be! I can’t wait for the next event - I am so glad I made the switch!

I just received my medical marijuana card and am a newbie. I went to the dispensary in Newington twice. The staff was very knowledgeable and answered my questions. When they couldn't answer a question they sent me to the pharmacist, who did. Everyone was friendly and the atmosphere was great. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely return!

THIS IS THE SPOT! This hidden gem is nestled in between a walk in and the old drive-in theater which is now a condo complex. Thirty seconds from CT’s first McDonald’s and literally my favorite reason for going to the pike. Modern, gorgeous inside, knowledgeable staff, a terpene bar! And those cool water bottle friendly water fountains. I love it!!! Best dispensary in CT. Dabster’s favorite.

I switched to Fine Fettle over the summer and I’m extremely happy with them. Everyone is incredibly nice and the best thing is it’s handicap accessible. Big points for that!!!
