This dispensary is owned by Revolution, so you will find a good amount of their products. Their flower is average and they have a limited selection of all products. The people who work there are not knowledgeable and not very nice. The biggest reason I don't like this place is because they charge $70 for an 8th from Goldleaf/Verano@!!! This is ridiculous to charge a premium price for a product that is better than yours. What a bully move. This is my medicine and I shouldn't have to pay an extra 10$ because Revolution can't grow quality cannabis. This is wrong and a perfect example of how every business owner is looking to monetize on every aspect of their business, instead of just working hard and providing a better quality product than their competitors.

God Bless New age Care! The entire staff has shown me true love and compassion with their kindness and medicine they offer. Ken, Farah, Jen, Dave, and Nona have shown me how to find the best cannabis strains that treats my health issues, I have only been doing this for only 3 months and already have lower blood pressure, lower blood sugar levels, less back pain, less diabetic pins and needles in my feet and hands, less frequent abdominal twitching that has been going on for over two years with no answers from other sources , less leg calf cramping, weight loss, more energy, clear thinking, I can swim now and have more movement in my lower back and knees, I can walk better and function in my work place again, I was flat on my back with more health issues that I can not list but I must tell you that God is my witness that I am moving again and that is priceless. Words can not express my gratitude for all the hard work new age care has given to our community and to me and my family. God loves those who show love with there compassion to serve people in pain and in need with true love and compassion. God blesses those who do God's will, to love one another with the fruit of the spirit, Joy peace love hope faith in our lord Jesus Christ our SAVIOUR, God Will reward those in heaven who serve him now on Earth, even unto death, witch is eternal life with our loving God the father, the son , and the holy ghost. amen, Jesus love all of you at new age care and so do I , Brian Hilton, your eternal friend and new brother in the spirit of God's love and compassion. The staff at New Age Care are extremely professional. Their knowledge and thoughtful consideration is impeccable. With their help I was able to eliminate long term meds that have plagued me for years and no longer worked. By following their recommendation I was able to get through the withdraw procedures within two days with hardly any symptoms. Thanks Ken and Farah Tim

We've been with this dispensary for a little over a year...and we're leaving. We spend upwards of $1k/mo but this place can't seem to get it together. A year ago, they were on top of their game. They had great budtenders and they were willing to help. Now? Ha! Money grab. They have sold our orders to other customers (orders we placed minutes before leaving our house to head to the dispensary). They have misfilled our online orders without telling us about changes until after the sale has been made (surprise! No returns!). Their budtenders have no clue what they are doing and, even better, they expect you to discuss your medical history and conditions right in front of other customers. HIPAA violation anyone? Go elsewhere. This place doesn't care about you or any other medical patient. They are a shame to the industry.

I first reviewed new aged care when they opened and had nothing but wonderful things to say about the professional and compassionate staff. I've been back many times since my first visit and I can't see myself going anywhere else. Uncanny customer service is hard to find these days (Having worked retail myself)and the staff at new aged care are hands-down the most compassionate, friendly and professional, team that I've ever seen. They listen to their patients and use that feedback when choosing the products they carry. Their main concern is your well-being and not profit margins. Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit. Trust me you'll be glad you did. Keep up the good work guys!

New Age Care are invested in their patients well being, physically, mentally, and emotionally, from the first visit. At my first visit I received a consultation where I was asked about my current pain levels, my expectations for relief, previous experience, and other pertinent questions. An employee reviewed all of their current strains with me and tried to formulate a plan for optimal pain relief. On my second visit my previous plan was reviewed and adjustments were made based on my needs. Subsequent visits continue to include the same attention to detail. Their product base and number of strains are constantly expanding. Overall, I was really impressed with their level of knowledge, compassion, friendliness, and the comfortable facility. I feel like New Age really strives to connect with the patient and provide a well-rounded service. Their want to provide patients with the highest standard of care and top quality medical cannabis is apparent. If you are a medical patient in the area, consider New Age for your dispensary of choice. You will get the personalized care that only a small, independently owned business can give.

Feel welcome as soon as you walk in the door. The people there are caring and wonderful and really want to help you ease your pain. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a medical marijuana distributor

I wanted to love this dispensary. What made me switch from my previous dispensary to New Age Care was that they boasted about being all medical because they are “for the patients”. My first couple of visits were okay. No one really approaches you to ask if you have questions or to even explain how they operate. I understand we’re in a pandemic and we have to keep our distance, but it always felt like a “Okay you’re here, pick what you want and go” type atmosphere. Yesterdays visit was awful. They have reduced hours, which I can respect, to keep themselves safe. But no where on their website did they put they were experiencing LONG wait times. No where on their social media did they put a quick heads up. I arrived to pick up my online order to be told the wait was 25 minutes. After asking my place in line, I was given complete attitude by an employee not once, but twice. I was told I could not “loiter” the premises. After waiting almost 40 minutes, I was then told there still 12 people ahead of me. There was absolutely zero compassion to patients about the wait times. I heard how other patients were being talked to.

 Do not lie to your patients in order to keep them waiting so you can take their money. Be honest and upfront about wait times, put a system in place if you are going to reduce your hours. Give a courtesy warning on your social media instead of caring more about hyping up the strains you carry. NOW you send an email stating you can only take online orders. Well, I had an online order yesterday. So disappointed in New Age Care. The patient service was just terrible. I have switched back to my previous dispensary. So I made the situation better for myself.

Management said they would give me a call, still haven’t heard from them.

Each time I visit, I am more disappointed than the previous time. They changed computer systems, now it sucks. Online ordering doesn’t work because they run out even if you place the order for it. Why allow online ordering if your inventory is jacked up? Staff is looking harried, less friendly than they used to be. Disappointing.

I love this place. Staff is super friendly, always remembers my name (maybe I go too often), always gives great recommendation. I’ve been smoking flower for 17 years and they’ve educated me on edibles and concentrates. They are always willing to listen to me blab about what I want to try and give me solid and honest strain recommendations when I need them. Lately they have had amazing deals, too. Great prices on flower.

Love New Age Care! The staff are incredibly educated on the best products for various conditions. I have never found a more professional dispensary, and I have been to several. I would come back here no matter how far of a drive. I recommend this dispensary for anybody who wants quality care, professionalism, and a wide variety of medicinal cannabis options.

This place has become very unorganized with the new hours. They are unable to effectively handle the flow of patients and have cancelled my orders more than once in the past 2 weeks, because they suddenly had to close at 2pm. I placed an online order and was told I could only pick it up at a specific time (1:00 pm - 1:30 pm). When I arrived at 1:15 pm, I was told there was an additional wait of 1.5 hours. When I asked why, I was told that everyone else had to wait and there are other dispensaries around that can service me. That attitude is not one I expect from a medical facility. And yes, there are many, if not all other dispensaries, that are better at servicing medical patients.
