I first reviewed new aged care when they opened and had nothing but wonderful things to say about the professional and compassionate staff.
I've been back many times since my first visit and I can't see myself going anywhere else. Uncanny customer service is hard to find these days (Having worked retail myself)and the staff at new aged care are hands-down the most compassionate, friendly and professional, team that I've ever seen. They listen to their patients and use that feedback when choosing the products they carry. Their main concern is your well-being and not profit margins.
Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit.
Trust me you'll be glad you did.
