This store constantly messes up, refuses to give me my veteran discount because they totaled the bill. It is not my fault that I have repeated prior to this I’m a veteran. I have shown my documentation including my DD 214 and still they mess up every single time and tell me they can give me a credit next time. In addition they don’t answer their phone. I have been calling 23 times since 9 AM only to get a recording that says someone will be with you in two minutes. I’ve waited on hold each time six minutes only to be sent to voicemail. I want the corporate phone number and I can’t find it. So not only am I discriminate against as a veteran, I also can’tGet assistance as a medical patient. Shameful just shameful! Convenient that this is happened since yesterday when the free giveaways were given for 420. Sounds like a scam to me!
