Emerald Haze Cannabis Emporium - Renton

I have been here a three different times to pick up something they had on their menu at a really good price to find they didn't actually have it in stock and then was pressured to buy something more expensive and not at all what I wanted. I will not be going back.

I visited Emerald Haze after being disappointed with Virginia Company and they have improved. They had such a great selection and I purchased some very tasty Green Acres oil. The Super Silver Haze is Terp soup. Delicious and an all day high. Will be back for more.

Great little shop. Awesome staff that doesn't mind taking a moment to help you learn something new. Used to chew tobacco and I had kinda replaced the habit with weed but I missed the sensation and was always tempted to pick up a can again. Gabe turned me on to this new cannibis chew that's been fantastic! The high is great and being able to dip it like I did tobacco has finally eliminated my urge to chew that cancer crap anymore. I actually feel like it's healing my gums and cheeks from my years of chewing. Thanks a million guys!

I have 4 problems with this shop: 1) Their Menu lists a Purple Trainwreck cartridge, but they actually only have Purple Wreck (a different strain). 2) Their salesperson sold me the incorrect cartridge. I left thinking I had Purple Trainwreck. 3) When I returned (just a few hours later after I discovered the problem), I was told that I could not return the unopened package and that they did not even have Purple Trainwreck. I assume that the Menu had been miss-typed. They seemed to care less that both their Menu and salesperson had made mistakes. 4) Today, 6 days later, their Menu still lists Purple Trainwreck and not the correct Purple Wreck cartridge that they really carry. I will never return to this shop, although it is in a convenient location. Buyers beware and double check everything they sell you before you leave.

Came in today, Shea was really helpful, very patient, and knew some good weed. So stoked to smoke this Sour Apple Cookies DAbbles, and Chocolate THai flower. THanks Haze

Yo this place was so dope. My first visit i felt so welcome, had a beautiful woman help me out and i could tell she is so enthusiastic about what she is doin. Helped get some good shit. Definitely will not be my last visit. I guve it 20 out of 10. Excellent services.

I had heard that there's a little bait and switch going on here... I called ahead to see if they had the "special" advertised on their website. They said yes, along with many other "specials that are along the same lines." The item I asked about was the Monkey Grass Farms Syntax product at $7/gram. 5 minutes after I called, I showed up, asked about it, and was told that they hadn't had it in weeks but they'd be happy to sell me any number of items at approximately twice the price per gram. Definitely bait and switch, and I will not be back. Try Evergreen Market, they always have what's advertised and make things right if not.

Love that it is so close. Was treated well one on one. Lemonade, Iced Tea, and snacks on the way out. Great experience.

Stopped in for some ionic yesterday turns out they had a Vendor day. Great rep and got 2 cartridges and a pre roll of the day. I love this location

was cool they they have free drinks and nibbles med of course and a guy named Derrick one of the staff members was super helpful!

Wow! Hands down the friendliest staff I have encountered in a recreational store so far. Right when I entered the store I was greeted by smiles and positive vibes, love it! They have a great selection of flowers, edibles and concentrates which are all priced very well. I will definitely be back soon. Also, don't forget to grab some of the snacks!

The atmosphere is amazing with free food and water bottles to drink. The staff is very friendly and helps you out alot if you are a newbie(which I am). I got the blazin's grapefruit from them and it was one of the best starins I have ever smoked.

Purchased some amazing Harmony Flower! Also picked up a Landrace joint which tasted really good and was a great add on. Thank you Emerald Haze! Great service and great weed

I've gone here a few times I usually like grabbing smaller amount so I can try to get different strains but they get bothered over small business guy told me he could get fired because I wouldn't buy an eight they're like car salesman more worried about their sales rather then you enjoying the products do yourself a favor and just go to the evergreen market it's worth the small extra drive won't be coming back here even though it's close to my house

Cynthia is awesome and helped me out a ton. I'm from out of town and this was my first time in a recreational shop. The prices are great too. 10/10 will be back and telling everyone i know to stop in when they're in town!

2 times now I have gone in and found some stuff I really liked and didnt want to pull out anymore cash for pay for the extra 3 dollars over my budget for the day and both times emerald haze associates have given me free points, or just pulled out of their own tip jar to get me out the door with what I wanted. these people know customer service and will make you feel welcome. I wont buy my pot anywhere else now these guys and gals are legit!!!

Emerald Haze appears to play favorites and is utterly disinterested in customer service. My buddy and I came here together, each buying about $200 of product. Staff was friendly, if somewhat less than knowledgeable. But this is close to both of us, so we came back two more times. On my buddies second visit he was given a punch card. He spent another $200. I came a few days later, but was never offered a punch card, even though I purchased the same amount. My buddy visited again about two weeks later, buying another $200 of product. When he presented the punch card, they took it and said that it was discontinued. They gave him a black loyalty card instead. I returned a few days after that, purchased the same amount, and did not receive a card. So I asked, and here is what they said, "we don't provide punch cards or discount cards to anyone--all discounts are provided store-wide." This was and is an outright lie. I have no idea why I was singled out. I am always both courteous and respectful, and bring a light humor. My friend, on the other hand is a grouch and not particularly nice to "the help." We are both incensed about this obvious preferential and bias treatment and neither of us will be back. One side note: the last time I was there a customer was haggling over the price and received a better deal. That is not acceptable on any level. Plenty of other stores to go to and this one has lost about $800 of business from both my buddy and I. We called, btw, and talked about this and they denied they have anything like a "loyalty card." Wow, strike three guys. Learn how to run a fair and equitable business!

Jordan's great. I loved her very nice greeting and she was very helpful, listened to what I like and gave me several good options. really good customer service. That wasn't my first visit by far and I'll definitely be back. Hope the owners/managers understand how important a kind, professional employee behind the counter is.

This place stays the same with the exception that the prices are lower now. Great quality at low prices. Great services and fun attitude

Alright I was surprised, because the website was lacking, but Snoop Dogg came through the shop, so I definitely needed check it out. An verdict, not bad. Really like the staff the mad the place!

4/20 for the Dabheads. Great distillate at a great price $12? Crazy good. Everyone was super friendly wishing us a happy 4/20.
