Emerald Haze Cannabis Emporium - Renton

The only reason why I keep going to this weed shop is because it's near where I live. I don't like how the rewards points redemption can only be up 15%. 😬 Menu is not consistently updated online. Called them several times about having certain products that I'm looking for, say they have in stock, but really no, which wastes my time and fuel after calling 10mins a head of time. PLEASE carry more products! Some Budtenders come off as arrogant and some live up to stereotypes of pot users. They always seem to have new staff. Emerald Haze seriously needs to do some DEEP cleaning with the staff and system.

Emerald Haze has been my go-to spot for almost a year now, I must give them a fabulous review because I work in customer service and overall I’m impressed with them. Back when Medical had it’s big change, or should I say died, I stopped buying weed for a while. I have severe anxiety from trauma and going into a Rec store freaks me out, so I hate going into them. At least I hated going into them until I started regularly shopping at Emerald Haze. For this it really came down to human connection. Not small talk because I’m not capable of doing that, but something more personal that grounds me. Everyone here has been awesome, the people who work the door and the Bud-tenders. It all started when I wanted to try a Dab Pen and I had no clue what I was doing and never used oil. I was stressed out about asking since usually I just want out of there. The Bud-tender who I interacted with was Hassan, and he is a very calm and sweet gentleman who I instantly connected with. He gave me great instructions in a small amount of time, exactly what I wanted and indicative of his vast knowledge. He got me hooked on Oleum products, and I love him for it. After connecting with him I felt more comfortable shopping there and it allowed me to connect with other people. Some of them are Kayla, Michael, Hassan, Vidal, Kevin, Holli, and Lee. Vidal has always gave me fantastic recommendations, which is hard because I’m picky and weird. Lee noticed me wearing Alex Pardee art, which makes him incredibly awesome! Holli is always doing a fantastic job all around! Kevin and I nerded out on each other’s Disney Pins. Michael is always mad respectful, polite, and asks questions about me. Michael definitely goes above and beyond for working at the door. Kayla has exceeded all of my expectations for a Bud-tender! For the last 4 months she’s been my go-to person. Kayla always remembers little things about me, what I’m looking for, and what I like. I love hearing her honest feedback on products and she always has a very positive attitude and a big smile. I would like to thank everyone at Emerald Haze, weed is a huge part of me improving my quality of life and this has meant a lot to me. Thank you!

Yo I gotta say had my doubts about this place when they first opened, but time and convenience brought me back and it's been 3/3 since, sent home with straight 🔥🔥 that ain't any more expensive then what'd you'd pay at your favorite shop. I came in trying to buy some wax and Oscar lead me to the Landrace Wax which is not only cheap it's tasty. Will be back for more

Cheapest prices, quality product, went here once and no other shop can compete with their prices. Happy Hour deals is a bonus, as long as their prices stay lower than any surrounding shops, this place is THE spot to go.

Quality is as good as the farms, not the shop. That said, I am at odds with the rest. As soon as I walk in, there's someone in face asking me about what I wanted, only to ignore it to show me everything top shelf. I wasn't necessarily in there for that, I would like a patient person who answers MY questions, not the other way around. Further, they 'can run Debit cards.' Well, my bank didn't like it, so I was forced to use the atm in there too, more money for them. As soon as I'm done with my transaction, they're telling another customer who has just walked in a whole new story, and offering different things that I wasn't offered. Golden Goat to be specific. That steamed me, I didn't even get to know their whole selection. I'll pass on going back.

This shop is my second home. The staff make you feel like you are always walking into a group of friends and family. The selection absolutely is the highest quality in the area, and they never seem to be out of whatever it is you crave. By far the best shop filled with the very best budtenders WA has to offer.

Stopped by today before stopping by the grocery store, picked up a couple gram of concentrates for under 60 bucks - one with live reisin and another one pretty terppy looking as well. The bartend was friendly and not pushy at all. Will stop by again for my cannbis needs. Peace.

this place is great we had 96 points and bought a half so the woman helping Vicky (sp?) added 4 points for us to give us the discount! she walked into the back and came out and surprised us with the discount!! I highly recommend this place, staff has been friendly each and every time we walk in.

Great crew and fair prices! Customer service is wonderful, knowledgeable staff, large variety of product. Green Acres and Artizen are my jam and they always have some there :) plus, cheapest price for the Indigo Pro I've seen yet! Smart move to shop here if you're in the area

This is definitely my least favorite store in the area -- the sales guy was really pushy and the staff was borderline unprofessional, urging us to buy and "light up right outside the door". Definitely not a good example if we want to keep marijuana available in Washington.

I recently moved to the area and was happy to see there was a shop nearby. My first couple of trips went ok but the last one made me reconsider. The budtender I got was kind of a jerk, had an aloof attitude, gave me just one product to consider and offered no description, just put it on the counter and stared off into space basically ignoring me. I asked about it and got a typical shady used car salesman type answer about how great it was. Turns out his "recommendation" sucked, just like his service. Hopefully it's just this guy because the other employees have been cool. I will give them another try but if it's a repeat of my last visit then I won't be back. If your Budtender is the guy who yells "NEXT" then be prepared for lousy service and product. And speaking of product they could stand to get some better growers too, not super impressed with any of the stuff there so far.
