Pretty good selection! Don't see much of the same budtenders each time I stop by, but shout out to Alena for making my experience great when I do run into her on my visits! She's always so cheerful and helpful and knows her stuff. Would love to see a wider selection of edibles and drinks!

this was my second time here. my 1st time the bud tender was very helpful and friendly. he picked out great joint. the second time was a deal breaker. everyone was unfriendly and rude. the joint sucked it was a waste a money. I will not come here again. I'd rather drive 15 minutes to bellevue or even Issaquah and go somewhere else

Emerald Haze is a nice neighborhood dispensary, its clean and well kept, ive been going there for 4 years give or take, most the people who work there are really cool, the Budtenders are knowledgeable, they always have some good choices at different price points, I will say as a business owner myself I know why the business has declined at this store instead of growing, (cause its been dead lately) of all their pluses and strong points, which they have many, they have 1 main downfall.... the music!! Im all for rap, or whatever else, but this is still a business, and being in there hearing extremely vulgar music, heavy trap music, playing for a clientele that does not appreciate p#$$y, Bį!@h Fawwk type stuff, all day long, it's terrible, I've heard to many people complain about the music, ive seen elderly and others say things, ive heard people say they won't be back... and as a business the Manager of this place should know to make the call to be professional with music, or they will continue down this path of deterring customers, as long as this place is open it has a chance to turn it around, because new people keep coming, play any type of music you want, but ask yourself if the old white lady who spends big or the little hippie chick's or all kinds of other types of people will return to this vibe, they wont... it's a heavy dark vibe to say the least due to the music, although the budtenders manage to shine through... the only other thing is the security guy, he will stare people down and it's obvious he has a ego trip going on, he clearly needs some customer service tips and an attitude adjustment, this place will always be convenient for me, so I'll return until the doors close or the door clown bans me for not catering to his ego 🤣

I placed an order online for some cartridges. When I arrived to pick up my order I was told that I shouldn’t have been able to place the order because the discount was for someone else I feel like it was a bait and switch so I walked out and I’ll never go back to such a dishonest store

This place has gone through alot of change over the years, with ups and downs, it's been busy, it's been dead, and now it's been bought out, by the Corporate Zips weed franchise, when you walk in you might get approached by the new manager, he will be creepily inquiring about what he can do to make sure you don't go to any other dispensaries, then you will engage with bud tenders who were hired for looks or gender, Instead of knowledgeable people, the goal of zips is to run the other dispensaries out of business, that's why they looked at Buddy's discounts and gave better discounts every day of the week, they even have one of the greatest fakes to the weed game, they call him Ian, long hair turkey gobler, he is a self proclaimed know it all of weed, although he is sadly too young and without merit to speak on half of the stuff that he just blurts out.. he refers to receipts for strains in his little world, not knowing they are receipts to the weakest watered down strains around. So if you are going here, ignore the bud tenders, pay attention to the deals and get what you want, but this staff doesn't know much.. .. unfortunately Walmart has the best deals!
