I came in very disappointed after buying a cartridge that never worked on my pen. I came in to buy another and a gentleman named Tyler took me outside to see what the issue was and as it turned out I was just using the wrong settings on my pen. He even exchanged my non working cartridge with just the receipt! I'm so glad I have them all in my purse!! I was expecting to spend another 42$ on a cartridge and not having to anymore made me able to leave with a working cartridge AND an eighth of buds too! thanks emerald haze! excellent customer service! I even tried to tip Tyler after helping me for quite some time but he kindly refused to accept, remarkable!

This place is a joke. Over priced and weednis extremely dry. Bought cinex there and open up the bag to find out it wasn't cinex. Now this is from artizen brand. It was a mixture of sour diesel and one bowl of blueberry. It had no cinex at all. I got ripped off so won't be paying a visit here anymore. Place sucks big time. I feel sorry for all their patients who come in not knowing jack and still continue to shop there. So 2 thumbs down. Jokes

I'm not very good about making decisions when I visit dispensaries. Alex T was super knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for! He and other staff were so nice and funny, I will be coming back for sure!

Quality product and quality employees. Everyone was being served and the employees and management were more than happy to help me find the strains that worked best for my condition, overall A+. Last note I believe his name was Terry but this guy was very knowledgable and helpful and made me feel welcome on my first visit!

As it was my first time in a dispensary, I was nervous but Alena made me feel comfortable and helped me choose the right strain for my needs. She was very knowledgeable and courteous. To top it all off, I even got a free snack and water! I will be back many times.

I waited probably 5 minutes but I was happy because they have complimentary snacks. I have been to Emerald Haze before and the customer service hadn't been that great. I was so happy leaving the shop this time only because of Austin's knowledge & customer service. My experience with him was superb. Pretty much because of Austin you'll have a returning customer.
