I normally don’t have any issues with this place. I bought a top shelf eighth and a g of their house concentrate. The eighth was so dry it turned to dust in my fingers and the house concentrate is completely stuck to the parchment paper it came in even after it sat in the fridge all night. Not thrilled with this visit.

I think it's strange how you fail to mention little things when providing updates. Yea, your debit/credit card machine is back and working (which is different btw), but you fail to mention that you charge $2.50 just to use it. I felt like I was pulling money out of an ATM at Circle K. The least you could do is to provide these types of things in your updates. Yea, $2.50 isn't a lot, but it's the premise...now I'm getting charged a fee to buy MMJ. I honestly think you all need to get your act together over there. If more dispensaries start to open up in east valley, you guys are screwed. There's clearly something wrong when you see what people are saying about you on here. I also see comments about the young lady that works behind the counter and I had my first experience with her, which was exactly the same experience that many have mentioned on here...a lack of customer service and doesn't give off a friendly vibe as the others. Maybe customer service training is needed on her side? C'mon guys... You all should take your customers advice more seriously.

Nothing was great about my visit, bud tender was very unprofessional and not very knowledgeable about the product they were selling. Did not provide me options or a menu and wasted my time in line to only come out empty handed. Asked for a manager and nobody was available don’t waste your time on this dispensary. Super buttcheeks 👎🏼

I drove here on wednesday, arrived at 4:10 pm and walked up to the door and rung the buzzer thing. Right off the bat I thought, "they make their patients wait out here in the heat until they get buzzed in". Five minutes passed and after multiple tries at the buzzer, phone number, and waving my hands into the cameras, no one ever came to the door. I sweated crazy for no reason.
I didn't even want to come here in the first place because of the crazy un friendly store hours, but I live somewhat close to the place now. That just gave a red flag that maybe they don't care about who they are serving, just making a convenient schedule for themselves. And sure enough, no one even answered the door.
Wasted gas, made sure I was there during their store hours, no one even there.
Never coming back, lost a potential loyal customer.

Just called to confirm for myself after reading the last review and sure enough, despite receiving an early morning shipment of I don't know how many Curaleaf flower jars, 8ths are now $38 and they're focusing more on "edible based deals."
Ya, good luck with that.
The math makes no sense! They advertise a quad at one price, but then charge you for an 8th twice, which ends up being like $7-$10 more than the advertised price. When I ask about it, they just talk in circles, but it's literally misleading prices and they just hope we get our weed and not notice the switch up. Not cool.

i never leave reviews ANYWHERE but as a patient, i feel obligated to warn others out there. Emerald is a joke of a dispensary. Crappy overpriced product and service. ive never felt so ROBBED in my life lol and ive been mugged once.

The staff seemed more interested in talking to eachother than helping me or the rest of the customers in the packed waiting room. The girl who helped me was very VERY uninterested in what I had to say, and I had to repeat myself a good 5 times before I got to look at what I wanted to look at.
On top of that, the quality of the product took a sharp drop as soon as curaleaf took over. Which isn't a surprise, because they've done it to two dispensaries I USED to frequent (but no longer do because curaleaf meds aren't very good compared to literally almost anywhere else in town for the price)
I can't recommend them. If they were cheap, or if they had amazing prices, or if the staff was beyond awesome I could MAYBE.... But they have none of these three redeeming qualities. I will not be coming back.
And I will check back to make sure my review isn't deleted again. Apparently, they like getting bad reviews deleted now as well :)

Regular customer lost after dropping discounts. Really sad, I loved this place.
Should also consider having a actual pick up counter for drop off orders to help with the line.

During your buy one get one sale today Friday y’all need to get your stuff together. It was a madhouse people coming in and out pushing to the door standing too close to each other it all didn’t even have a line for people who didn’t want to deal like I can go and I was just wait 30 minutes to not utilize your deal that seems like poor planning on yawls part you had 10 counters one of them can be express for your regular customers

Just got some Blue Cheese for $35 an 1/8 excellent quality great people. The price is unbelievable a different discount everyday. Makes you want to go daily. I have been to 5 dispensaries in the valley this is the best.
With the ownership change and the addition of tax/price increase. I’m done with emerald. They already had weak flower as it was, went for the concentrates and edibles but now I’m done with the place.

I've always liked Emerald and have gone there almost exclusively, however, on my most recent visits i have noticed they are not stocking soapstone the way they used to. Now most of their soapstone is going to their Phoenix store. So I ask the budtender, "Hey so whats the deal? Since you guys arent keeping this stuff stocked, can i order it from the Phoenix store and pick up here?." Without hesitation, the budtender says, "Nah, we sell it all on Shatterdays now." I say, "Ok well the main reason I come here is for the soapstone." again he says, "Yeah we sell it all in shatterdays." "OK well I'm considering not coming back if you guys arent going to have it in, i don't want to have to go from Chandler all the way to Dunlap, its a 40 minute drive." budtender replies, "Here, you have 378 points have a good one." What in the hell?! How about addressing the customer concern and not standing there like a dolt with your thumb in your butt? jeeze! i have always loved emerald, bur, no variety on the soapstone? No concessions for a customer who has used your dispensary exclusively for 3 years? C'mon man! Get it together!
I just got home and weighed out a half oz of Cresco Mac 7 and I was 2 grams short! I did this because last time I got a half oz from curaleaf it was almost a gram short. And I just called them 5 times in a row (as I live far from the store) and they only have an automated system, no live person, no one to correct this situation... This is some bull, I honestly do not think I will go back anymore.

Decent looking shop, but not an inviting atmosphere. Prices are way too high ($130/Qtr, $455/Oz). Don't you guys keep up with what your competition is doing? Girl at the counter was no help in making selection, guy behind the desk has no clue. My first and last visit.
Ever since this place changed from Emerald to Curaleaf it's gone to garbage. It started with the prices going up and now it seems like their process takes 100 times longer than it should. I did an online order, got the text to come get it and still had to wait 20-30+ mins one day. Ordered again when I got there I was told the wait was 15-20 min. Over 20 mins later still waiting. I asked how much longer because I'd been there so long at this point I had to hurry to take care of something urgent. I was told it would be 10-15 mins to get the text to go in then another 10-15 mins when I get inside. As I walked back to my car someone came out and told me I could go take care of what I needed to then come back and they would get me in next when I got there. I'd still have to wait the 10-15 mins once inside. Ridiculous! I just left. I appreciate them getting me back in right away if I had to go and come back but at that point if I didn't have to hurry it would have taken me another 30-40, that's over an hour of just waiting. That's unexceptable. I literally just left, ordered at another dispo, got the text back to pick up while on the way there, went there, was in and out in literally 5 mins, and got home before I would have made it home from here. Oh and I ended up getting a better deal because they had re-upped. Think about that... I was in and out of a dispo in 5 mins but it takes this place 40+ mins just to wait when you get there. It was the same time of day, 10 mins away. All in all this place just doesn't give AF.
back here for the 55 half special... I ordered through pick up cause I figured with as long as the wait times have gotten, pickup might be the way to go. I'm here 3 hours after I've placed my leafly order and guess what it's still not ready. I came because I figured maybe waiting in line would be quicker. we shall see but this is the last time I come here. it's gone so down hill. time to find a new spot.

I come in here pretty frequently, I currently have 300 something points (that I definitely will not be using!).
I came in from Mesa for the 40% off timeless cartridges and bought 4. When I got home I found one of the cartridges didn’t work. I called and Alyssa told me it was no problem I can come exchange it with the receipt within 30 days. So a few days later I go in to exchange it and they were out of full gram cartridges so Eric and Katie offered me two half gram cartridges costing $15 more. It’s completely absurd they wouldn’t exchange the gram cartridge that wouldn’t work for a gram’s worth of cartridges that do work for the same price. Horrible service, I will never go back and will highly recommend against this dispensary to everyone I know.

First off I gotta drop a name here, Tranica is freaking awesome. Always has something cool to say about my jacket (you’d have to be there to understand). The flower is usually decent however I’ve noticed they incorrectly label strains as indica or sativa... A LOT. Doesn’t matter too much for me, it just kinda sucks for new patients to not get what they think they’re getting. Honestly though other than Tranica and few select other people, this shop has a lot of... Not very knowledgeable people behind the counter. That and there’s one guy that honestly doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. Seems annoyed every single time I come to his counter. Coming from one of your guys biggest customers by the way, I max out my alottment exclusively with ya’ll. Kinda wish some of the guys and gals there would treat me and others a little better. 😕

Holy fuck they make you stand outside in line in 110 degree forever. Then they charge you way too much for just decent buds. I have only gone here 3 times because it’s close to home but never again. I’ll go somewhere else. Fuck that outside line BS.

Marijuana loses 18% of its THC after one year from harvest. Yesterday I bought 3 one gram pre rolls of Dosido from Curaleaf. Last night I settled in and had some tokes. Nothing. More tokes and still nothing. So I checked the harvest date. It was 2-7-2022. Felt like Curaleaf needs to hire an old aunt to walk around the shop declaring 'expired' anytime they find such a product. Realize all sales are final so I really have no recourse except to warn others. Check harvest day before purchasing. I have been shopping there for around 6 months. Will go somewhere else next time.
great service. but their 50$ half ounces went down so bad in quality. used to be Sunday goods half ounce now their nature's medicines. and they taste like boo boo. no good smell. only reason I went to emerald was cause they actually wanted to hook us up. def on that deal. now we got curaleaf just buying everyone out. taking all that good quality and putting some cheaper stuff at the same price. I won't even be using my ftp deal there. I'll pass
