Curaleaf - Gilbert

This place will waste your time. Every employee is under 25 instore. The will cancel orders without any communication and they will tell you orders are ready when they never packed one and then tell you of sorry we're out. This happened today. Wasted about and hour, got no product and wasted about $10 in gas driving to pick up something they knew full well was never going to 'ready' for pickup. As far as I see it this place owes me for my time and gas forget buying anything.

Lape urban is the worst weed in the world. Can we get better products on the baseline tier? If im paying $27 for an 8th it shouldn't be-the worst weed I've had in years. All their strains are terrible and ready above 20%?!? Get rid of lape urban

Overpriced! Leafy owns ‘Select’ yet I get much better prices on ‘Select’ at every other dispensary. My guess is that because they posted up in Gilbert, they thought we’d not recognize price differences. I can go to ‘Jars’ every day and get better deals. And the best part........they overlook the 17$ recreational government pay off as I have no medical card. So, if getting ripped is ur thing, keep coming here.

So done with Curaleaf. Looks like prices have been raised, AGAIN. Literally left as they were getting their shipment the other day and having only had one strain on baseline at the time, you'd think they'd update their menu and accommodate their patients after 3 days. Guess not. If the new norm is $38 an 8th, be ready to lose alot of your clientele.

Not sure where the good deals went . Lots of medicine on the menu but nothing on discount like it used to be. :-(

My first visit.... they didn't give me %20 off and they charged me $50 a gram for MuV even though their site says it's $45 a gram. They did however give me $10 off but that was cancelled out by the fact they charged me $10 extra. Hahaha. Won't be going back.

I just want to say that I live less than 5 minutes WALKING to emerald and I make the trip to a different dispensary every time. The product could be better and the staff is OCCASIONALLY rude, I've had a lot of good times here with extremely nice budtenders but the bad experiences out weigh the good ones.

IT was my fav dispensary until today. i come in once a month and stock up for the month. today i came in to stock up selected a deal on some flowers and neede some syringe oil, the one i wanted was sold out in the size i want but he has some 1/2 gr sizes, im ok as long as its the same price but NO the smaller ones are more for the ammt i want. i was getting 2 grams of oil but yesterday they had such a good day they dont have any for me unless i want to pay the 1/2 gr price. pissed off i left went to another disp. got my 4 grams of syringe oil and then i came back to cash out my points, you lost a regular customer being petty.

Hurry up!!! Get the THC-A crystals while they're only $16 a half gram by Venom. Everywhere else it's $40-$60 a HALF gram!!!! It's the strains Viper City, OG Skunk, and a few others it just says "sugar crystals" on the menu here. Those are the THC-A crystals. They are super potent. I normally kill a half gram of shatter in a day & a half & have been dabbing for 2 years I have a high tolerance. One teeny tiny dab maybe half the size of a grain of rice gets me super toasted. At first when reading about thca it said it won't get you high. But then I found info about DABBING THC-a and oh boy it provides you with way more euphoria. I have always been curious why it's so expensive when I see it in menus at other places. Now I know. Pretty potent stuff.

To start I would like to say that the people that work here are friendly and informative and usually pretty quick to get you in and out so that is good. But on the other hand their hours are horrible for a hard-working guy like me that has late days, closing your dispensary at six is almost just a slap in the face. I keep coming back here because I really do like the people but originally emerald closed at seven; and now I'm showing up at 6:06 to see people inside completely ignoring me trying to get their attention. The prices are outrageous and the herb is mediocre. The top shelf smokes like the Lows mids or highs. Everything is crazy overpriced and when it comes to medication like this you people are almost no better than pharmaceutical companies trying to rip off hard-working people. Maybe pricing closer to how the rest of the dispensaries in the valley do would be a good plan. I hate you Emerald Palace.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this place. The location and selection are excellent. BUT the employees are outstanding!!!!. Knowledgeable, and kind, patient, and all have a wonderful energy. Its been wonderful watching you grow over the past couple of years.

This place is a zoo. The place is nice however they were limited on alot and the wait was 30 minutes. Yes 30 minutes to buy 2 carts. They failed to distinguish the rec users from the actual patients and ruined the experience so many patients like going to the dispensary for. Demand is obviously high since going rec but they had so much time to totally separate rec from medical and its disappointing to see what greed has done.

Been here several times. Last two not so good. After the crazy crash of 2016 lost my points but they offered me a free edible. Fair enough. I'm there for quality not points. Last visit I bought two 18 dollar grams to try. Got home opened a pouch and it turned to dust at first touch. Ok. Tried second strain. Same thing. It was like a King Midas in reverse. Gave it a smoke and was completely speechless. The effect it had on me was not euphoria but anger at the realization I have been screwed now twice. It won't happen again. Buyer beware.

The staff seemed more interested in talking to eachother than helping me or the rest of the customers in the packed waiting room. The girl who helped me was very VERY uninterested in what I had to say, and I had to repeat myself a good 5 times before I got to look at what I wanted to look at. On top of that, the quality of the product took a sharp drop as soon as curaleaf took over. Which isn't a surprise, because they've done it to two dispensaries I USED to frequent (but no longer do because curaleaf meds aren't very good compared to literally almost anywhere else in town for the price) I can't recommend them. If they were cheap, or if they had amazing prices, or if the staff was beyond awesome I could MAYBE.... But they have none of these three redeeming qualities. I will not be coming back. And I will check back to make sure my review isn't deleted again. Apparently, they like getting bad reviews deleted now as well :)

Just called to confirm for myself after reading the last review and sure enough, despite receiving an early morning shipment of I don't know how many Curaleaf flower jars, 8ths are now $38 and they're focusing more on "edible based deals." Ya, good luck with that.

I normally don’t have any issues with this place. I bought a top shelf eighth and a g of their house concentrate. The eighth was so dry it turned to dust in my fingers and the house concentrate is completely stuck to the parchment paper it came in even after it sat in the fridge all night. Not thrilled with this visit.

The math makes no sense! They advertise a quad at one price, but then charge you for an 8th twice, which ends up being like $7-$10 more than the advertised price. When I ask about it, they just talk in circles, but it's literally misleading prices and they just hope we get our weed and not notice the switch up. Not cool.

I drove here on wednesday, arrived at 4:10 pm and walked up to the door and rung the buzzer thing. Right off the bat I thought, "they make their patients wait out here in the heat until they get buzzed in". Five minutes passed and after multiple tries at the buzzer, phone number, and waving my hands into the cameras, no one ever came to the door. I sweated crazy for no reason. I didn't even want to come here in the first place because of the crazy un friendly store hours, but I live somewhat close to the place now. That just gave a red flag that maybe they don't care about who they are serving, just making a convenient schedule for themselves. And sure enough, no one even answered the door. Wasted gas, made sure I was there during their store hours, no one even there. Never coming back, lost a potential loyal customer.

went and got the prerolls and got home to toke and they were just clippings, thanks for the heads up, felt uncomfortable in there

i never leave reviews ANYWHERE but as a patient, i feel obligated to warn others out there. Emerald is a joke of a dispensary. Crappy overpriced product and service. ive never felt so ROBBED in my life lol and ive been mugged once.
