Every time I go to desert bloom, there is an issue. Whether they are out of their sugar wax (which for SOME reason they only sell wax in 2 gram portions to make their pockets fatter. And slowly they keep rising the price of their wax more and more over that past year.), short in bud tenders (which they always are, never having more than 3 people to help every 20 people), or they don’t even have a simple call in order because it disappeared. The workers are nice but management could care less to try to improve and evolve as a licensed marijuana seller. If you want to be successful and make MORE money (since that’s your priority), then you have to INVEST IN YOUR BUSINESS TO MAKE IT BETTER. Told myself so many times not to go back but hopefully this is the last.

I went on the 2nd of January and bought 10 cartridges, the guy told me it was buy 4 get one free, come to find out it should have been buy 3 and get 1 free according to their weekly ad and they kind of taste moldy like the equipment isn't clean, bought a half oz with it and neither strain is great but it was what was recommended. $420 and change waisted and a highly disappointed customer. Just giving a honest review.

Listen, products are good and such. In store the customer service is great. However, they don’t keep their word to customers. I called back after my visit because I walked out with my bag of products with the opening Of the bag rolled down. I didn’t feel the need to inspect it. Upon arriving home I opened the bag and found that I was missing one item. I called the store, John answered, and I explained my concern. At first he didn’t listen to me and had me mixed up with another customer. Once he listened and I explained which customer I was then he was ready to help. He told me his manager would review the footage from the security camera and they would return my call within five minutes. That was over two hours ago, and I have not heard back from them. It complicates matters that I live about an hour away from the store. Totally my bad for not checking the bag. Totally their bad for arguing my identity over the phone and promising a return call that they never delivered.

If I am being completely honest, it is sad to have hired representatives who give patients attitude. Some representatives make it difficult for me to shop here. They always make me feel uncomfortable by the rude remarks they make if I ask for a cheaper tier of flower or information on a product. Also, the majority or not educated in their products they sell. During this new way of life online seems to be the only running business so it would be convenient if they had an online order process instead of just on call order. Every single time I call an hour ahead of time, I get there and my medication is never ready.

I love the giant Jenga blocks in the waiting room. Of course I always get lost in the sea of green they have visible through a window. Medical quality strains.

Today I bought the last batch of THCA diamonds and a cured resin cartridge and all I have to say in short, is that there is absolutely unrivalled quality at this dispensary. I am naked out of my mind(6 years a smoker). I asked for lab results and they provided. I asked for a niche product and their budtender knew immediately and went *above and beyond* with her team lead to help me. 12/10.

Good flower and fast service

Now this is what I envisioned when I voted YES on Proposition 203 (Arizona Medical Marijuana Act) back in November, 2010. Desert Bloom Re-Leaf is the gold standard for dispensaries in Tucson. The staff are very educated about the plant, the display cases are wood and are warm and inviting to look at all the flowers. I picked up Girl Scout Cookies (a fantastic sativa strain) and it was one of the nicest flowers I've had in quite some time. Not my own grown sativa but just super nice cerebral clean. Very easy to get to and it's way on the East Side (a trek for this patient who lives near the U of A) but well worth the drive. Thank you Desert Bloom for setting up your dispensary in Tucson.

I normally get concentrates and am always satisfied with the product but I picked up some SG tai the other day and was shocked any dispensarie would have such low quality flower. I mean this stuff would be hard to give away. It was only $20 an eighth but I have gotten flower for same price from same place that was way better. u guys should never sell such low quality cause it can reflect bad on the whole business. u guys do have good product but if this was my first experience with u I wouldn't be coming back. Hope u take the tips and I'll see u on my next visit.
