If I am being completely honest, it is sad to have hired representatives who give patients attitude. Some representatives make it difficult for me to shop here. They always make me feel uncomfortable by the rude remarks they make if I ask for a cheaper tier of flower or information on a product. Also, the majority or not educated in their products they sell. During this new way of life online seems to be the only running business so it would be convenient if they had an online order process instead of just on call order. Every single time I call an hour ahead of time, I get there and my medication is never ready.

This evening the security guard punched my car to get me to stop parking because they were busy. More than 20 mins before close.

This place used to be top notch. Don’t know why the quality of there buds has disappeared. But the quality is gone. Maybe because the dispensaries are all concerned with being the cheapest and they worry about $numbers$. That’s unfortunate because I know my strains and I know dispensaries in Tucson are not selling what they advertise they have. But lots of people are fools and don’t know any better. Sure wish California or Colorado was closer. Southern Arizona dispensaries don’t have what it needs to succeed with my money anymore. Will be letting my card go when the year is up. Not worth it anymore. Dispensaries selling garbage all around town.

Not a quality dispensary, they need to get with the program and follow the state rules and have more qualified bud tenders

I went on the 2nd of January and bought 10 cartridges, the guy told me it was buy 4 get one free, come to find out it should have been buy 3 and get 1 free according to their weekly ad and they kind of taste moldy like the equipment isn't clean, bought a half oz with it and neither strain is great but it was what was recommended. $420 and change waisted and a highly disappointed customer. Just giving a honest review.

Listen, products are good and such. In store the customer service is great. However, they don’t keep their word to customers. I called back after my visit because I walked out with my bag of products with the opening Of the bag rolled down. I didn’t feel the need to inspect it. Upon arriving home I opened the bag and found that I was missing one item. I called the store, John answered, and I explained my concern. At first he didn’t listen to me and had me mixed up with another customer. Once he listened and I explained which customer I was then he was ready to help. He told me his manager would review the footage from the security camera and they would return my call within five minutes. That was over two hours ago, and I have not heard back from them. It complicates matters that I live about an hour away from the store. Totally my bad for not checking the bag. Totally their bad for arguing my identity over the phone and promising a return call that they never delivered.

They have good bud, but literally called 26 times within every couple mins like they even asked an didn’t answer and I’m a pretty much every other day regular that makes them money,can u guys please look into answering the phones Better, every one knows u do it intentionally, even if u aren’t no body can read minds!! SPEAK UP AND SAY HOLD!

Friendly people great prices and a great atmosphere. This is the only place I'll come to anymore.

This location used to have really good bud tenders and there still are a handful of good ones but more recently I frequently have people helping me that are probably not qualified to give advice on MEDICAL marijuana. Telling me that a strain gets you “really stoned” is not helpful. They also don’t seem to know about their own store’s deals. Very disappointing.

This place is a No Go, No good supply of product... Same Strain Everytime... I believe they grow it... it smokes like it... It burned a hole in my pocket (wasted money) They have their staff leave reviews to keep their ratings up.. Don't believe the hype...

Desert Bloom is hands down the best dispensary in Tucson, AZ. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. They always have top knotch quality and so many strain varieties to choose from. My favorite is the Gorilla Glue OG and the Desert Bloom grown girl scout cookies! Always nice to be able to put in a delivery order as well. The only place I go for quality meds thanks!!!

Was recommended by my bro, great selection. very friendly, patient people behind the counters, even when I can't decide ;) Girls Scout Cookies and Blue Dream are the bomb. Try their shatter if you have a chance, so very fragrant and clean, I suffer from chronic migraines and it does the trick.

The delivery service is impeccable! Many thanks to Chaunc and Bud for always being there for me when I need my meds. I often feel bad for constantly having to have my medicine delivered due to my condition, but they never make me feel like a burden and always recommend and bring me quality flower and vape products . Love them!

I love the service here friendly people the products dont have any additives like chlorine or anything you can visually see the product growing and the wax never has a butane taste always pure and good tasting. My number one spot

the security guard stinks. i could smell his body odor from 10 feet away. the weed is barely above bammer status and they short you 0.5 grams on a 3.5 and 1 gram on a quarter zip
