How have the only and same three strains been on the menu the last several months? These guys arent even trying anymore. With this type of menu they could cut down on overhead and have one person run all operations. Security included.

Rude staff & dishonest/inaccurate/inadequate sales advertising

Attitude, unfriendly, short on 1/8s, stems and leaves. Not once but many times.

How are these people still in business? They are rude. I am serious, I have never walked into a place with ruder staff. I have actually wanted to fist fight one of their "men" as he triggered my PTSD, but thankfully I was medicated with THC I got from another Collective. They have no worth while specials. They have average at best products. Every product they have is more expensive than at any other dispensary once deals are factored in, and many times without deals at all the other dispensaries still have lower prices. This is what American Government Regulated Capitalism brings! Greed! You grow this plant, it cost almost nothing to do so, and this is how you choose to serve people with CANCER! Please, go out of business, I really cannot wait.

This place was the worst! I come to Tucson from far away once a month and I like to buy the prepacks because they are budget friendly. This time I order three prepacks, only come to find out the “new” policy doesn’t let me buy three prepacks at once. The state says I can buy a certain amount and this stupid dispensary wouldn’t even give me half that amount I’m allowed! They told me to drive back the next day which would have costed me four hours of my time and about 200 miles!!! I tried to explain I’m sick and that the let me order it and they still would let me purchase what I had ordered on the phone once there. Needless to mention, the quality is not consistent. Will not go back when earths healing has hundred dollar oz without tax which desert bloom recently started charging with no notice to me!

I have gone to this dispensary alot despite the negative reviews. Only to be treated like crap everytime. I live out of town soi called in my order. I would get there get my order and be missing items container but nothing in it. They made it right but made me feel like I lied. Then I go to them today. Good attitude everything went well, until I realized I didn't get my license back. I called and they said they gave it back. but I put it back in my phone case always the tone through the phone from the employees was awful. I continued to search no luck so I call again and ask if maybe it fell if they mind looking. the man who answered was really nice but when he said my name again they again started to yell that I called already and it was not there. I deal with customers on a daily basis also and if I was to act like they do I wouldn't have a job. You guys just lost a customer im so done with it.

The one time I went to this club I asked for half gram of their best water and half gram of their best Bho. Costed me $78 with tax when I got home it was such garbage I had to throw it away I never went back what a joke this club is😐

They don't answer the phone or update their menu and they keep changing their deals to benefit themselves and screw over the customer yet they want to blame the customers for not shopping there. Also added taxes a while ago and they just raised them again. Would not recommend

Great atmosphere, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Meds are quality and tested for pesticides along with THC/CBD percentages. Got to see product under a high powered microscope. Great stuff, I'll be back for more. Hash pens are a must try too. Check this place out!

I usually like it here but after being rushed and treated like a burden by the female budtender I will not spend my money here anymore I drove all the way out here and had $$$ to spend she was rude and acted like I was retarded, well I am disabled and sometimes it takes awhile to decide, I’m sick of people in out community who don’t understand mental illness, I have PTSD as my qualifying condition and so do a lot of others, I think you should train staff more( this was actually the only time I have felt like I was a burden maybe it was just her, and maybe I’m over reacting she could be having a bad day but shit my whole day is screwed because I’m so angry and humiliated) it was one of my fav places but not returning if she is there. Have a good day.

Omg it is so hard to get a hold of them to place an order you have to call a bunch of times to possibly get an answer they never have what I need now! Week 3 I stopped trying last week and today I remembered why... so disappointed in them! Some of the employees are very cool but again... so disappointed makes me not wanna go there no more

Do you have a new grower or process because it seems like your flower has stepped up a notch. Stopped by to get a few specific flower strains and they were sold out but the dbloom website and leafly said otherwise. Some strains you have are impossible to find any info about online and your website only says stuff like "Hybrid Flower". When I asked about one of these unknown strains the budtender said he didn't know and that is fine but typically other budtenders at that point went and got that info for me. I'm an introvert and try to minimize going out and talking to people so just simple things like more training for hipster beard guy, keeping your websites up to date and putting just a little bit more info about strains (testing info huge +) would be nice - thank you

I've shopped here before and always liked the product, but today - May 14, 2020 during the Covid-19 pandamic - I was shocked to see that nobody on staff was wearing a mask and there are no social distancing measures in place. There is no effort whatsoever to keep their patients (many of us immune compromised) safe. Other dispensaries in town have had strong protections in place for weeks. So disappointing.

I know you guys are trying to catch up but your pricing is not competitive. Start doing a real $10 special or sell concentrates at a competitive price. I can get a gram of strong and clean shatter for almost half your price.

Desert Bloom is hit-or-miss as far as flower is concerned...what may look really good on the outside is hermed-out on the inside! that is contaminated medication and if it was regulated like Colorado it would never make it to the shelf! the best strain they have is their blue dream it is the most consistent.
